  • Misty. This situation is very similar. Desi owns the developer, she also sorts the property management and owns the furniture company. She also seems to have a very close relationship with the solicitor. I was told they operated out of the same office. What control have ambasun got over Desi. It appears she is pulling all the strings

Yes, I appreciate that Bulgarian Dreams purchasers are in the same situation, I just expected to have some sort of mention - that's all.

The office in Bansko has been closed for a while now, due to it being a rented office and them having no market in Bulgaria they decided to work from the Sofia office. I think they mentioned the Sunny Beach office was closed as well. Their next step is to promote in Russia like they did in the uk to sell the remaining apts.
  • I'm not worried about the mention. i just want my property. I had a PM from someone i know who bought through Desi and her team who only got action when they threatened to report both her and Anna to the Bulgarian police. Its easy to make excuses and blame people when you are 4 hours away. I just wish I had known where they had moved the office to when i was over there. I think I would have got answers on a face to face meeting
  • Pearl1. Why has all the correspondance still got the old address on? Normal practise is to tell your customers you have moved. That is , if they wanted us to know. Have they sold enough appartments to complete the build or will we have to wait until the Ruusians buy some. This is also news to me as all the notes I have had from them say that the build is going to plan
  • 2 whitsy woo which building did you try to visit them at...as I have only ever had the address in Sofia?

Is the address I have. They definately are not there. I have tried to do a search on Desi's home address but cannot find it

They have sold most of the Dawn Park apartments. When the contract between Ambasun UK and the developer was first terminated I searched for our apartments. There are now many estate agents selling these apartments. They don't appear to have many on there lists.

Also i'm not sure whether you know but our apartments are also been advertised for people to have a holiday in this year.

Hopefully this is a good sign for us.
  • 2 Pearl1 - You mentioned earlier today about a 6 page contract. Other people have mentioned a 12 page document. I have a 14 page document which is signed by the 3 parties. There doesn't seem to be any consistency with this lot !
  • Hi Glad To Know People Are Getting Together However I Do Feel As Others Have Posted Its A Bit Early For A Meeting Best Time Would Be After The Bulgarians / Ambasun Meeting When We Have More Fact And Info As To Who Is To Blame Regarding Lost Payments/ Contracts , Etc
