  • Hi Glad To Know People Are Getting Together However I Do Feel As Others Have Posted Its A Bit Early For A Meeting Best Time Would Be After The Bulgarians / Ambasun Meeting When We Have More Fact And Info As To Who Is To Blame Regarding Lost Payments/ Contracts , Etc

Worried sick. I know who I blame for the contract situation. My solicitor (if at all she is) is Anna Pravchanska and she is less competent than my 5 year old daughter

I was over in Bulgaria last week trying to find answers and they are no longer in this office. See the resemblance to the watchdog company. Can you ever get hold of that Desi on her phone either. My journey was a complete waste of time as I could get hold of no-one. Where are our representatives meeting Desi and her team? Why has the office closed? has anyone else been across and seen this?

We returned last week and found Vesi, who works for Desi quite helpful. She offered to organise transfers, hotel etc and drove the 3hrs to meet us and show us round the complex. We arranged with her the week before.

Is the address I have. They definately are not there. I have tried to do a search on Desi's home address but cannot find it

The address on my contract states they are in the following registered office....

    1407 Sofia, office 11, floor3, 116, James Baucher Blvd

Is Vesi and Desi the same person? I struggle to know how many people are actually working over in Bulgaria. Nadya seems to be the only regular person there. It seems to be Desi pulling all the strings. You can tell by the answers you get that you are being fobbed off by them. Has anyone got a direct number for Desi so I can get straight to the organ grinder?

Vesela Delcheva and Desi Atanasova aren't the same person, although Vesela (Vesi) works along side Nadya in the office.
  • Just a thought after watchdog and Bulgarian Dreams!!

Are we as consumers better off with Ambasun (who originally marketed and sold us the properties) or without???

Do you want to end up without a British firm representing us (and supposedly looking after our interests) and end up fighting the Developers on our own?

    Who is at fault?

I think it all hinges on the meeting between the two parties this month.

I think we need to give Ambasun the benefit of the doubt until evidence is received to the contrary.

Once evidence is available we then need to form a group to make decisions and act as quickly as possible to secure our investments. Either by Bristish or Bularian legal representation.

No one should pay any more funds until the matter is resolved as they have, by their own admission, got a serious problem.
  • I agree Marvid, your approach is sensible and fair. Not easy to get over the money issue though?

    Thank you Pearl1
I don't suppose you have direct numbers/mobiles for them both too. We should ensure everyone can contact them directly
