Anyone Purchasing Property From Ambasun Bulgaria?

We have just sent a really snotty email to Vesi/Nadya and Desi relaying what we are all thinking about these so called representatives.
We have demanded to know who is attending, when and where and have threatened them with a solicitor attending on our behalf (something we may be forced to do collectively) representing our views.

I suspect that this meeting (even if it is happening) is to advise that they are ceasing trading, all developments have stopped and basically adios!!

Getting really frustrated with this lot now!!

We basically said that the idea of a representative is to represent peoples views and concerns, how can they do that when we don't know who they are and can't contact them, and how can they say that they have all our interests at heart if they are witholding information from us that we all deem extremely important.

Does anyone know who this meeting is with (not the reps) but the other parties?

I reckon that managment of ambasun will be attending.

The Bulgarian lot are not being upfront about it though and that's whats really getting our back up.........feeling very despondent

As I understand it the representatives from each development are only invited as witnesses of the meeting. They are not allowed to have any imput into the meetig or discuss their own situation.
Desi has apparently invited them along so they can report back to us if Ambasun do not show up or if they cannot prove that all payments have been sent to them. As far as she is concerned this would prove the developers are telling the truth.
However it might also prove to us Ambasun are telling the truth and fulfilled their obligations. I suppose we will only find out in time.
