well i got through to technosonic today after being cut off 3 times to be told i have to bare with it as there is nothing they can do as it is out of warranty.
hmmm i must remember not to buy technosonic equipment again.

Forget Technosonic, take the unit back to Aldi and jump up and down in front of a queue, mutering not fit for purpose and duff products from Aldi. The managers dont like that and you may get a refund or promise of a replacement later model? Nothing ventured.

If you have already done that find out who the regional/area manager is and complain to them on the basis that you thought it was guaranteed for 3 years . I did that and got a full refund and a £30 off £30 spend as well.

no go with the return. i cant really argue as i have no reciept.
but does anyone know anything about these flickery lines going across the screen?
my no signal problem seems to have disapeared now!!

Push the SCART cable in firmly both on the PVR end and the TV end.

If that doesn't work try switching the composite/RGB menu option on the PVR.

Hi there, New to this so plesae be kind hee hee. I have an NTL BOX and have just bought a Humax PVR 9300T, which has freeview with it. I`m wondering, can I bypass the humax freeview and set the humax up to reocrd just from my digi box? any help would be very welcome. Thanks

No, the Humax can only record the Freeview signal from its own tuners. To record from the NTL box you would require a DVD recorder preferably with a built in hard drive similar to the one in the Humax (or of course a tape video recorder).
