How many of you have a Cheque Guarantee card?

I am just interested because I recently opened a Lloyds Premier Vantage account and was issued with a £250 cheque guarantee limit Visa Debit card.

I was led to believe that banks were to stop offering Cheque Guarantee cards? I mean where accepts cheques anymore?

Just interested to know what cheque limits peeps have and whether you use it.

Written one cheque this year, have banked ~10 (housing benefit for my tenants. The council have refused to pay direct into my bank account for some reason; never did get to the bottom of it.)

Just got my Servicecard Maestro Debit card from Natwest today and I didn't even expect a cheque guarantee but it's for £100 :P

is it defintely not Electron, as if not it is another bank issuing 2-in-1 Visa Debit cards. Might be they plan on dropping the Electron card.

Don't have won. Don't see the need. Cheques are hardly used nowadays.
