  • I'm okay - knee still very painful - first physio made a positive difference, second physio (Friday) felt like I had my legs cut open! Today has been a bit better but the weekend was agony!

Glad you have your bag packed - that baby and sleepless nights will be here before you know it!

Sounds very sore :( Hope it gets better for you soon.

Had a lovely bath this evening and am feeling much better than I was earlier. I don't seem to be able to eat big meals at the moment. The baby must be squashing my digestive system!

  • Mmm, sounds like a sort of non-surgical gastric band CMD! Come on baby, make an appearance!

  • No sign of baby yet!!!

Have no money news either. I might ring Virgin today as it says there may be promotional balance transfers available for my account. I can put that off the loan then. I would prefer if they sent me a letter offering a 0% balance transfer as that is what they usually do!!!

    Hiya Tirlittan,

Baby is due tomorrow. I am expecting it to be late but defo don't want an induction :(

I bought some cheap filing cabinets during the week so think I will try transfer my files and clean that up a bit. We are spending so much money on last minute bits and pieces for the baby. They are all necessities though - blankets etc.

I cant wait for my Mum to arrive on Monday :)

Well, it's nice to get everything organised before you'll be busy to do that kind of thing... It's lovely your mum is coming to stay with you. Does your OH get any time off or does he have to work full time?

Yeah, it will be good to get things sorted.

My OH is taking 2 weeks off. Unfortunately it is unpaid as he wasnt in the job long enough to qualify for paternity. Luckily we have some savings so we can get by on that.

Shame it's unpaid, but I'm sure he wants to spend some time with you in the beginning. Good luck!

Yeah, it is a shame but you can't put a price on him bonding with the baby and spending time supporting me. On a more positive note, he gets his new holidays from April 1st so we can plan for some nice weeks off during the summer and hopefully get away for a few days with the baby :)

You'll have to get some curries down you, what a good excuse eh?

Shame about OH's paternity but good that you can plan some nice things for the summer :)
