  • You'll have to get some curries down you, what a good excuse eh?

Shame about OH's paternity but good that you can plan some nice things for the summer :)

Lol - defo. Already planning a lovely Thai takeaway on Sat night. Am not too bothered about the baby coming til my Mum arrives anyway. Then I will be wanting to have it!!!

Yeah, it is a shame but you can't put a price on him bonding with the baby and spending time supporting me. On a more positive note, he gets his new holidays from April 1st so we can plan for some nice weeks off during the summer and hopefully get away for a few days with the baby :)

    That sounds lovely. :)

Proud to have dealt with my debts!
  • Well I finally ordered the breast pump. They are so expensive

We have bought other things but don't know why I have been so unwilling to part with the cash for the pump! It's scary to think of how much we have spent on the baby this month. It is a bit like the week before your own wedding. You just keep handing money over. Ah it will all be worth it in the end though :)

On the plus side I now have £40 on my boots card so that will help to buy nappies, etc for the first while for the baby :)

  • How much are they, out of curiosity? I can imagine how you feel though - it's one thing parting with your hard earned cash for pretty babygrows and cuddlies, but quite another for what looks to be a torture device for you!

Due date today!! Come on baby, let's see you!

The one I got was £75 and that was after quidco cashback and money off vouchers from Boots - so it retails at £89.99. A few of my friends have them though, and they are the ones used in hospitals so they must be good :)

Yes, c'mon baby where are you???

    Will do SavingH!

Was woken up this morning at 6am with cramps but they disappeared after 2 hours and I fell asleep again. This baby is teasing me I think :)

Hopefully! My Mam is over this afternoon so at least I will have some company during the week until the baby arrives. That should make the time go quickly!
