I have read with great interest the comments over these pages, very interesting comments.

Firstly I am a T+ distributor and customer. I do save money.

My comment is towards the ''earning money from the customer'' that everyone seems very concerned about! What is the issue with this?
Do Other utility suppliers not earn money from the customer? Maybe they are not making profit out of the customer!

Does a shop selling products do so to ''make monet from the customer''

Does BT not make money by supplying a fixed telephone line to customers make money from that customer? After all these lines have been in for many many years but they still charge you for that same bit of wire!

All people in business are in it to make money. Why else would they do it? What would be the point?
