the order simply has to be "when customer complains, quote page 4, line 1 and repeat until customer hangs up".0

they recieved my letter yesterday. Im not using my 3 phone since the charge was introduced. On the phone to 3 now, they are trying to blag me by saying they havent recieved my letter even though the royal mail tracking service says they have. Apprently the royal mail are wrong.
A further check of my account has now shown that I have not been sent a letter or a text message regarding this £1 charge. All they could tell me last time was that a letter was sent to me sometime in August0

Just my thought if more people complaining about this! I believe that they will know they are having problem at their end where not every customer received this letter!0

3 customer service called me back about an hour ago. They do have my letter now.
They say I cant cancel because I can either go on e billing or they will credit my account with £13 to cancel out the £1 charge until my contract ends next November.
They say that they have always reserved the right to charge for itemised billing but have always chosen not to do so until now.0

Interesting that different people are getting different reasons as to why they can't cancel.0

Is anyone going to test this in court?0
