Need advice - my mobile phone job for GAP went a bit wrong today!

I'm supposed to get a business card from the member of staff who I spoke to. I asked him for one and he said 'all I can give you is the phone number of the store, you can save it in your phone'. So now all I have is the phone number, and no business card.

Should I call GAP? Email them? Just submit the job and explain in the comments section? Reschedule and try again in a few days?

jdan they know exactly who you are 9 times out of 10 when you ask for a business card, so they always do this (in my experience!).

GAP will be fine - just tell them in the comments section.

this happened to me the other day. the guy in the shop wrote down his number on a brouchure. i wrote about it in the other comments section at the end of the report.

i needed to upload something to the gao website so i could have scanned in the brochure, i didn't bother and just attached a blank jpeg file. they havn't said anything yet.

i will wait and see if i get paid.

Thanks for the advice regarding the phone job guys.

As far as the credit card jobs go, I think they're quite easy, I might pick some up. If the new logo is displayed, it's just a tick and carry on. If its not, take a photo, then carry on. Seems really straightforward and easy to me..

Sorry I can't help it....but that explains why you've made £21 in MS so far in March and I have made £397.00 - I don't mean to blow my own trumpet but I try not to waste time on cr*p jobs.

Help! Please can someone tell me what I should do.

I have just accepted my very first assignment with Retail Eyes, to go to a local hotel and have a meal for two and two drinks. However....my husband tells me that this place definitely does not serve food. Do we still go? How do I submit my report if I was unable to get the food I was supposed to go there for...??

Any help GRATEFULLY appreciated.

go there, ask do they do food, when they say no, do a drinks only visit stay 45 mins minimum )remember cctv) then report back to RE that no food was available.

It should detail this in the visit notes already though

When I went, I forgot to get a business card, but had been given a brochure with the phone they recommended. I scanned the brochure and sent them that instead, which was accepted as proof I had been there.
