Does anyone have an email or a phone number to ring Bare Int'l about my payment. My job board says I was paid on 18.02.09 but I have yet to receive a payment. It would be my first one so I am concerned something went wrong.

    Thanks in advance.

I did an audit for A this week and got paid £12. when I read the last page it said that if the display wasn't out please put it up and put all the items on it as well. This would have involved going to the stockroom, bringing up stock etc. I'm sorry but I'd already done the audit, there was no way I was doing manual labour as well. Luckily the display was out but you see my point!!

To be fair to the company concerned, it did say in the original email that if the stand wasn't on the shop floor, you would have to bring it out and stock it.

Lots of merchandising and auditing work require you to move stock out from stockrooms. Depending on the layout and location of the stockroom, sometimes you have to find people with forklifts to get stuff down for you or sometimes you have to navigate lifts with cages. One company I work for has been having problems with people not bringing stock forward and now you have to give a reason and get the contact to sign off why you were unable to get bring the stock out.
Here I go again on my own....

I'm surprised emysteryshoper doesn't get talked about as much. They are all web based jobs checking out and comparing websites.

Surveys vary in fee but reimbursements are good like Valetines Day you could get £15 of a £20 bouquet of flowers.

Be WARNED though, their surveys are incredibly tedious!
  • I did the dreaded phone shops today... They were actually really fun. It was great seeing the smiles of the staff member's faces when I handed them their black envelopes. If only all MSing assignments were that enjoyable...

EDIT: Just got to work on the report, and the company are looking for a receipt to be sent off? I know for one of the other MSing companies that do phone shops, you have to get a business card and send it off, but there's nothing in the briefing notes about anything like that. Or is that just a standard screen that appears after every questionnaire?

I've just had my cheque for the Valentines flower survey I did for them (kept my husband guessing for a while who the flowers were from :p ). Surveys can be a little tedious  . A lot of their jobs tend to be mobile phones/broadband comparisons, which aren't of any interest to me, but definately one to keep an eye on.
    Now proud Mumto3 :j
