Okay, let me rephrase that... it was messy for me because I'm a Luddite!!!

I don't have a microphone. I don't think my mobile phone records and what the heck is an mp3??????!!!!

    :rotfl:
What mobile phone do you have? Does it have a section on it called "Media" or something similar? That's where I found the voice recorder on my phone (I hadn't realised I had one either).

mp3 is just a file format, like .xls for excel spreadsheets or .doc for word documents, but .mp3 is for sound.

Glad it's not just me then...

If I'm right... we're talking about Tony Blair. Tony's wife was Cherie _ _ _ _ _ QC. Wikipedia it if you really don't know!
  • Postman has just been and I had two payments from ABAi. One cheque and one cash. Also had my cheque from edigital research so off to pay them into the bank - that is after DD wakes up. I had the grand total of 2 hours sleep last night due to her having her injections and being very unsettled during the night. I've postponed one job until tomorrow as was afraid I'd fall asleep whilst I was there lol

My phone is a Motorola... I think. If you had any idea just how much of a Luddite I am you wouldn't even try to explain this stuff to me! A couple of weeks ago I had an MS job where the place had closed down and I wanted to take a photo of the sign on the door to prove it. Had left my digital camera at home and it took me about 20 mins to work out how to take a photo on my mobile! :rotfl:

Thanks for the help - I don't think I need it now anyway because I've already done the Bare voice recording thing, but I appreciate the tips. Didn't realise just how much of an old fogey I was!

I won't do recorded phone jobs because I don't know how to download the recording!!! Doesn't help that I'm using a Mac because all the instructions the MS companies give me are for Windoze.
