I was going to ask this question. Has anyone used the voucher and been refused payment? I can't see anything in the job notes about use of vouchers.
With the fast pizza jobs I presume it is ok to book a table? The notes don't say otherwise! Thanks x

Just emailed bout fast pizza jobs and they said no vouchers!!!...better not risk it

Have youcalled the helpdesk and asked them to add the other clients for you? That is what I did. I don't know how often the jobs with the group you have come on abai, but I've only been with them about 6 weeks and not seen anything.

  • I have only just started out on mystery shopping and I am thinking of jacking it in already!
I have done a couple of McDonalds jobs and have just received an email from Gapbuster claiming that I didn't respond to an email they sent me yesterday (checked inbox and spam and it isn't there) so therefore I am not going to get paid.
The McDonald's in question claims that the assignment was carried out by a male and they wanted my comments! I am shocked at this and was wondering if this is something which often happens, allegations being made and emails not being received, is it a way they have of getting out of paying? Think I will give them a wide berth in the future.

Oh Freebiefan I feel so sorry for you. Look at my earlier thread about them. I did a pizza job ( delivery) which cost £17 and NO FEE. My experience of them is they
are taking the proverbial. I am waiting to be paid my £11 reimbursement then I am going to email them to remove me from their database. And tell them where to shove their jobs.

Also I apologise to anyone I upset today by my comments on RE and their daft pharmacy jobs. It is up to everyone which jobs they take. I wasn't intending to dictate to anyone. But an allocator phoned me today a bit upset that yet again his company had been beaten on the pharmacy contract yet his company would have paid us a higher fee and not expected us to purchase medical products which we may not need.

As he put it say if RE decided to pay £2 per job. Most of us on here wouldn't do jobs but desperate people esp in this credit crunch etc would do them.

All the other companies I work for have never once queried a report I have done yet RE and it looks like Gyp do query things as if they don't trust us. Then they have the nerve to deduct points for a proofreading query. So I never get to do the Spanish ones as you need 12 points on jobs to get them.

But and I stress this is my personal opinion.

To the original poster I would advise you to join GfK. See page 1 of the thread. They are very good to work for and pay reasonable and fair fees. There are also other good sites on page 1 of this thread. Don't let this bad experience put you off. And come on here anytime as we are all here to help and support you.

    Keepyour chin up.

I've seen quite a few posts advertising jobs offered by ABAI and PIP. Who are these companies and how can I register with them?

i have found gaop to be ok. the pay isn't very good but the way i see it is i am paying £3 for my dinner/lunch and getting £7 back in my bank. that isn't a bad return.

have you tried the other companies - i find gap's questionaires really easy to fill in especially the underground sandwich shops.

Gap are one of the few companies I don't even bother logging onto their site more than twice a month.
They have a habit of p1ssing me off with their attitude. I did a pizza visit a couple of months ago, got an email saying I had ordered a large pizza and it should have been a medium; so they would not be able to pay me.
I replied to the email, explaining the server had done an upsell; but if they were not going to pay me, to delete the 2 other visits I had on my account...
They rang me last week , begging me to do a burger visit with the promise of an increased fee and an allocation of a petrol visit
