Wowsers! You have me seriously gobsmacked there, Mike!

Honest Truth - Gapbuster have been brilliant to me in the past and still are to this day.

Contacting them can be an issue, but there are ways round it - they generally wont respond for about 48 hours each time. Also, when you go to the enquires page, select other, other to send every query, dont send it via the correct path - they tend to get lost that way.

But I cannot emphasise enough they are probably the strictest I work with so you have to follow every job exactly, I lost a few payments with them over 4 years (I reckon 5 jobs) but to be honest, I skipped a couple of job notes so it was my fault.

I knoe they are the strictest - as they have used CCTV to verify some of my visits before!

The yellow petrol jobs need you to spend £10 on fuel and a minimum of a £1 in the shop.

    You will be reimbursed £11.

    Cheers Paul

Thanks Paul, but its not yellow black/red and says I have to spend 10 but will be reimbursed 8?!!
  • I have done one clothing retailer with RE and one with Bare, as well as 2 sports shops. I really would love any help with getting more clothing jobs, and also would be interested to know who does supermarkets, music, DVD and book shops in general (I never find any!) and Costa Coffee. Any help would be really gratefully received. I am based in Merseyside but go to Chester, Manchester and London a lot. I lived in London for 22 years so know it like the back of my hand.

That's right, and so you make a loss on paper - but you also have £10 of petrol in your tank and effectively only paid £2 for it.

  • Does anyone know the average waiting time for TNS to acknowledge you signing up with them. I have been waiting a week now.

I can't remember any specifics because I registered with quite a few companies all at one time and it's all got jumbled up in my head. I think most of the answers are on the website for TNS, but I'm sure there were one or two (definitely one at least) that I couldn't find on the website, so I made an educated guess - based on the kind of info you pick up on here or from having read other companies rules and regulations.

There was definitely at least one question I kind of made up the answer to, in that I didn't find it on the website, I put what I thought just had to be the right answer - and they accepted me, so it couldn't have been too far out!
  • Well, I wondered why I hadn't had any new post notifications for this thread  I finally click that you made a new one and are already 3 pages in - I have just had a skim read through, but its so quiet for me with new jobs I am getting withdrawal symptoms ;)
I do however have 10 of the TNS calls to make over the weekend, I have got 5 each day so it doesn't numb my brain too much :rotfl:
Just had a mercy call but with 2 kids and the school run to contend with I can't get to the town they needed me to
