Thought I might cheer her up!
eh up! (Northern phrase GB equates to 'I say!') It didn't copy the strike (through table confetti) How odd!

and bear in mind I am somewhat cynical when it comes to hubbies.

 why do we have men  he drives me absolutely batty sometimes
he left work late & got stuck in traffic so was in a bad mood when he got home, moaned when i asked him to watch dd2 for me then disappeared off to relax in the bath for an hour cos he was tired!!!!! like i'm not, i've also done a day at work then come home, fed dd2, helped dd1 with homework, prepared & cooked dinner, changed dd2 into pj's & given her last bottle, put washing on airer, made lunches for tomorrow, done dishwasher, done bottles for tomorrow (cos when i asked df he said he was too tired)

ok rant over, sorry ... but if i tell you guys i won't moan at him :o

Right rule one of a successful relationship... COMMUNICATION!!!!!!!!! It says so in my psychology book so don't you dare argue... now.. tomorrow.. when he is more receptive you say to him...

'I would like to discuss yesterday evening.. While I appreciate you get tired etc it also happens that I too get tired.. and while you go to work I do not, contrary to my post count on MSE, sit at the computer all day long ignoring the world. I would therefore appreciate it if when you come home and are tired you respect the fact that I am also tired. If you help me get things ready, like feeding the baby, making up bottles, loading the DW or whatever then we can both go to bed early and get a decent rest. I didn't nag you last night because I realised it would have been counterproductive and you would have been unresponsive as you were tired, which is why I am telling you this NOW when you are less tired'

    And... discuss..........

(I'd have wrapped his dinner round his head, shoved a baby in his arms and said dress it and feed it, plonked the wash basket on top if the baby and said dangle that.. and just got bossy)
