Morning Soappie, MoZzy & DeniseNZ, where you both at this morning?
I'm off to work soon so not on here today... will try to catch up tonight if I'm back early enough... Can't see much flying happening tho!
I have done an S&S of the kitchen and lounge already, but need to vacuum once DS is up. I love the way it is so easy to make it look nice now in a short time, instead of going to work and thinking 'I'll have to sort this mess out tonight when I get home'
Mumofjusttwo - had a great day yesterday, made a nice change to get out and have adult conversation with my lunch, rather than a quick sandwich and H&A - E is a beautiful child, and so well behaved, she was absolutly lovely.
Toots, have a great day today, enjoy yourself.
Soappie, good luck paying your inlaws - mine never let me pay even though I nag, (I buy the bits first so they can't do that too if I can) so I usually end up by doing something nice for them in return - not sure if that will work in your situation, but if they really won't take anything and it becomes an 'argument' as such, (my nan used to just say 'I shall be offended if you keep on' and got very upset), why not buy them something nice to say thankyou?
everyone else - have a great day, hope no-one is down today and everyone feels good and gets good news all day!LBM April 2013 - £29,000.00Vanquis CC's PAID - Debenhams SC PAID - A+L OD PAID - Asda CC £783.75Barclaycard CC £1400.78 - BoS CC PAID - Freemans Cat PAIDF/D Loan & CC £1458.96 - Santander Loan PAID - Mum Loan PAIDRBS OD PAID - F/D OD £1026.52Weekly Grocery Challenge - £95.00 budget / spend £-0 -

They aren't far from me and are really campaigning for change. I am sure I had my first while still a teenager, so why did they change it? This is one of the reasons I found
Petition I found too http://petitions.number10.gov.uk/smeartests/sign0 -

Morning All!!
Well, I'm really glad I found this thread as its already made an improvement, even DH has commented - praise indeed . Its been difficult as the little one gets me up at least once in the night and she's really been screaming yesterday and suffering with teething. I literally couldn't put her down for ages - taking her today to be weighed and I'll ask the HV whats best to do.
Well this is what I've managed to do so far:
Monday Misery - Kitchen and Dining Room
Level One
[STRIKE]Clear and wipe kitchen surfaces[/STRIKE]
Level Two
Sweep and mop floors
[STRIKE]Clean the mouldy fridge.. fling out the manky things before they leave themselves.. and make a note of what needs using NOW[/STRIKE]
Wipe dining table.. (clean table cloth if necessary)
Extra Mission : help yourself
[STRIKE]Slop over the oven and hob
Take one small electrical appliance and give it a thorough cleaning.. the toaster or the kettle or the microwave.. or whatever you like..
[/STRIKE]
Tuesday Terrors- Living Room, Hall and Stairs
Level 1
[STRIKE]Vacuum floors[/STRIKE] and sofas
Level 2
[STRIKE]Dusting, even if around everything
Remove clutter making sure stairs especially are safe
Clean TV, other electricals and cabinets[/STRIKE]
And this is what I'm going to do today:

he left work late & got stuck in traffic so was in a bad mood when he got home, moaned when i asked him to watch dd2 for me then disappeared off to relax in the bath for an hour cos he was tired!!!!! like i'm not, i've also done a day at work then come home, fed dd2, helped dd1 with homework, prepared & cooked dinner, changed dd2 into pj's & given her last bottle, put washing on airer, made lunches for tomorrow, done dishwasher, done bottles for tomorrow (cos when i asked df he said he was too tired)

ok rant over, sorry ... but if i tell you guys i won't moan at him
Tell me about it :mad: My husband works shifts and according to him that is the worst thing in the world and gives him the right to swan around as if he's the king! I'm sorry but doing a night shift and then getting to catch up on your sleep is NOT the same as getting at the most 6 hours sleep a night and NEVER getting to catch up! I think he thinks I sit on my bum all day and watch this morning - well, only when I'm feeding0 -
Morning all, just a quick hello before uni,
Happy Birthday Toots:bdaycake: Hope you have a wonderful day, you deserve it.The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -
