    AnW'smum - what's tessellating?

tessellation is a collection of shapes that fills the space with no overlaps and no gaps, I had to get Miss A to explain it to me and she is just 8 :rotfl::rotfl::T

This is what she did and we have ironed it onto her T shirt for tomorrow

Hello, only me, hope you're all ok, not had chance to pop in properly all day but doesn't mean I've done nothing.

DP took DS2 to school for me so I took the dogs then did some of the stuff in the kitchen, DW empty/refill and laundry then went to meeting. I came back at 1.30pm and heard the vacuum cleaner and music, wondered what he'd spilt everywhere because that's the only reason I could think of as to why the vacuum cleaner was on (and it'd usually have to be very bad/glass for him not to just leave it for me to do when I got in) came back to find he'd tidied and cleaned DS2s room and was mid way through DS1s (aka room from hell!!!!) ok he'd just thrown anything clothes/linen etc he found on the floor onto my bed for me to sort out but he'd put the toys away, rubbish in bin and vacuumed!!!! Ok so own up, who stole my DP today and put someone else in his bed. Oh and since I finished that room with him, he's cleared his side of the bed, only issue being he's dumped half of it on my side of the bed............anyway it's all be started. Still in shock!!!

Right, well tomorrow I am waiting for a parcel delivery (redelivery and no idea what it is) and asda order 10-12 so will be finishing my room then I think.

This evening I need to make packed lunches, sort uniforms and put the chicken in the freezer......then sleep!
One day I might be more organised...........

  • Inner Peace.

I am passing this on to you because it definitely worked for me and we all could use more calm in our lives.
By following the simple advice on a Medical TV show, I have finally found inner peace.

A Doctor proclaimed the way to achieve inner peace is to finish all the things you have started.

So I looked around my house to see things I'd started and hadn't finished and, before leaving the house this morning, I finished off a bottle of Merlot, a bottle of shhhardonay, a bodle of Baileys, a butle of vocka, a pockage of Prunglies , tha mainder of bot Prozic and Valum scriptins, the res of the Chesescke an a box a chocolets.
Yu haf no idr who fkin gud I fel.

Peas sen dis orn to dem yu fee AR in ned ov inr pece.

  • Going to go to bed now, DS has just been told off by Hubby for not coming in at 9pm like he was told (he was allowed to go out for an hour to help a friend as he had been grounded - he's just got in...) Guess he's grounded for a bit longer now... Usually me whos the bad parent but he listens to his dad more than me, so maybe this will sink in a bit more (for about a day or so anyway)...

Sat and watched the Incredible Hulk film tonight, it was good, makes a change as I usually fall asleep before the end of a film...

See you all in the morning and I'll see you about 11.30am Mumofjusttwo...
