Valli I do the meeting and greeting at the general hospital here. I direct people to clinics and wards and departments. Sometimes take them if they need assisstance. Offer support help etc if say some one needs a hand carrying their bags. Today I minded a baby for a short while while gran nipped to the loo. Then showed her where the garden was so she could sit for a while. I get asked questions about the car parking or visiting or local facilities.0
