my internet's a bit weird too today, some pages just won't load properly, couldn't post a minute ago and facebook keeps signing me out!

I'm back - rather a long HHC but once I got started seemed a shame to stop! And had a chat with DH in the middle as he had a study break. Results below

dusty - if the book is rare or unusual I'd look at amazon - I made quite a bit from it at one point and found it easier by far than ebay!

Thursday throws!- Master Bedroom & Landing
    Level 1
    Check fire alarms are working
Remove and wash bed linen and duvet covers.
Fling open the window and let in the weather
    Level 2
Dust surfaces & make sure no cobwebs..
Vacuum & turn mattress before replacing with fresh linen.. - did bed last night so this will have to wait til next week!
    Air the duvet

    Level 3
Vacuum floors in bedroom and on landing
Sort through a cupboard and fling everything that is dead - I'm sure there's more to chuck though!
Clear a hotspot.. or spend 15 minutes clearing one.
Extra tasks list, as usual choose one or more
    1. 31 fling boogie time, go on grab a bag and clear that clutter - not 31 but got rid of a bit of rubbish!

I dn't sell on amazon.. their fees are much higher than ebay plus when you sell somsething they charge the buyer £3 postage and you get 50p.. that is simply not enough to post anything!!

Be very very careful if you do choose to list on there.. they do a 'what you will get from this sale' page before you confirm and it is worth looking at closely and seeing if it will cover your costs!

I have to agree with pigpen on this, but it is worth checking it out, as if they are worth a bit, and they sell, you get a good wack, but definitly check out what they are offering and if it covers all costs (which you can do before you finalise everything)... Much easier to list too, as all the work done for you and doesn't take long to list lots of items - just check your final takehome amount.

Plus there is NO COST to have it on there either, which is the best thing, so if it doesn't sell, you save money...

Veg is now on for tea so all will be ready shortly.

Been food shopping this afternoon and also done some Christmas shopping. Mr Ts have got 25% off children's clothes so got a few bits from there including a PR costume DS wanted.

While I was out DH turned the TD off as he couldn't hear the TV - so I've come back to find the stuff still in the WM and the stuff in the TD still wet!

Better go and make some gravy

    Catch you in a bit

  • Going to do a bit of machining now, as I need to make tablecloth and runner for tomorrow to finish house - then that's me done, I'm pooped...

I will give the bathroom a bit of a go when I have my shower - clean the loo first then do the bath/shower when I'm in there, so much easier...

Will take paperwork with me up the club tonight so I can chat and work at the same time - must admit that's the good thing about the club, you can still socialise while working, very handy...;)

So quite pleased, got loads done AND MY CAR IS ACTUALLY CLEAN!!! :T :T :T House looks good at the moment which is amazing from when I looked at it this morning, we've had a lovely roast beef dinner and there's just the dishwasher to load (oooh, must hang the washing out on the airer for hubby & DS tomorrow before I forget...)

Have a great weekend everyone, what's left of it, see you tomorrow...

    finally caught up, so here is my list of what i done today;
    went to church,
came home, changed DD, into fancy dress, and went to party,
    dropped DD at DSD's flat,
went to poundies, aldis, and argos, bought some plastic drawers for DD's room, came home, rearranged DD's pile of storage boxes into said drawers, so it looks much better now and when she(eventally) has a midi bed with a tent, it will look even better.
Oh and i cleaned the smelly fish tank.
Thats more than i EVER do on a Sunday, i am usually very lazy
