Ooh, how exciting. Three more crowns on Dooyoo so I'm now up to £49. Should be able to cash out in a few days.0

Well, sent off three letters asking for information on old loans. I'm pretty sure one is too old to do anything about, one I'm not sure whether it had PPI or not but hoping I can do something about the third one. Fingers crossed!
Tomorrow Tom is going for his first haircut - I imagine he will scream and come home with lopsided lumps out of his hair where he's thrashed about, then he and I both need passport photos taken. Then I need to find out what sort of scary amount it is to get passports these days!0 -
Passports are sooo exp[ensive these days

Well, Tom didn't get his hair cut as OH hadn't made an appointment but he did get his passport photo taken. It was hard work though and he has a really upset face but the photographer thinks the passport office will accept it. It's something to tease him about for the next five years anyway!
Couple of piccies for you. There's no stopping him when he wants fromage frais!0 -

Those are fab! Had to look twice at the first one, as we've got a fridge freezer, so I therefore assume everyone else's fridge is 3 feet off the ground!
Passports are £46 for kids - I asked at the Post Office today. Not sure about adults. I need two of them, another hundred quid on to the cost of the holiday and not a hint of Quidco in sight. If you use their checking service it's another £7 each too - not likely. If you do it yourself, my friend advised to check very carefully which birth certificate you are to send as apparently if you send the wrong one (not sure which is which) they reject it.
Great news with your dooyoo. I've just not had the time to get back on there but will try and give a few pennies towards your target if I can.0 -
Lol, maybe we should get a fridge freezer...or maybe he would just relish the challenge. He also tried getting in the dishwasher while OH was emptying it. Think I have that photo somewhere...
There it is. Just don't look at how grubby it is by the bin! And can you read his T-shirt?
Passports, argh! Scarily expensive! No way I'll be paying for the checking service either. I filled in the passport forms online and had them posted out to me to sign. Somehow I forgot my middle name though so will have to hope I can just add it in pen. Then when we have passports I need to fill in some online USA thing so that we can actually travel there.
Oh, and I got to the magic £50 on Dooyoo, though any extra pennies gratefully received!0 -
Eugh, sounds far too complicated. Yes, I've heard about that online thingy - it's catching people out quite a bit I think. I hadn't realised you could fill the passport forms out online - ta for the tip.
Greg is always trying to climb into the kitchen appliances too - we can't unload the dishwasher if he's around. In a few years we won't be able to get them anywhere near them!0 -
Dident know you could do passports on line.
Its the full birth cert you need I think.
