  • No not solider or lumberjack, altough i was supposed to do my chainsaw lisecne until they found out i was pregnant. I work for the Forestry Commission and i'm noramlly out and about myself 90% of the time, they don't seem fussed on me doing that at the mo. Can't think why lol

  • The first time I could SEE my tummy wobbling I was about to turn out the light and go to sleep, but instead I sat there giggling for an hour and poking my tummy. Good thing I was on my own really, anyone watching would have thought I was mad ;)

I was just about showing by about 12 weeks or so - I had lost weight due to ms, so I think it was more obvious on me! I'm now just under 12 stone, was 10.5 when I found out I was pregnant, but went down to just over 9 stone by about 14 weeks. Who knows what size I will be in a few months time when baby is here, and touch wood I will a) be breastfeeding and b) able to walk again!

I have 36 week MW appointment tomorrow, and it's the first on DH has come to for aaaages - he came to the first few, but he has to take time off work for them, so no point just for watching me have my bloor pressure checked! I think going to the scans was good for him though - made it sink in a bit! Tomorrow he's coming, as we're going to talk about the birth plan :) I need him to know what the plan is, and help me remember everything. (well, that's the idea anyway.... he never remembers anything I tell him, so no idea if he will remember this ;) ).

aww bless you lovely ladies! hubby is almost always ready for action, I have been known to wake him up for it and even when half asleep just me rubbing my leg on his and suddenly he's wide awake and ready to go :rotfl: I'm glad you don't live too close otherwise he might start wandering! he's also comfortable doing it when my bump is big (although I don't like it if bubba moves during coz it makes me feel like we're being watched) he said last time the thing he didn't like was that bump got in the way of a good cuddle bless! it was like trying to hug someone with a beach ball between us! its bad enough with our 12 inch height difference nevermind that lol
