    Hi b

I have to say that eating a lot of fruit is keeping me regular (in the battle of fruit vs iron supplements fruit is currently winning :o )

I agree with whoever said take your time - I used to hate spending any amount of time in the loo but these days needs must!

Sleeping - usual stuff - warm milky drink, make sure you are not overtired or napping too much so undertired. Try and get comfortable with extra pillows around your bump etc.

Wee as soon as you wake up!! If you wake up needing a wee it will not go away - you will still be laying there an hour later! As soon as you wake up go and wee (I hardly open my eyes these days!) and you may find you go back to sleep more easily.

elliot's were :o:p yup def a boy! said one of the midwives when checking him over lol!

They, both boys and girl's, can have swollen breasts as well, apparantly they can even lactate sometimes! Celia had a period too, it's pretty common in baby girl's it would seem but it was pretty scary seeing blood in her nappy! (Just the once and we did check wuth a midwife who sounded like she had the phone call a lot!)
    Lactulose! :j

I had the worst constipation ever after having Poppy - my body just wouldn't let me do it - and it was absolutely horrid time. MW recommended lactulose from the chemist and although it tastes awful, it really did do the trick ;).

    xx

I've had that (pregnancy is stupid, it pretty much broke me!) and I didn't mind the taste, kind of like syrup I thought! Let's put it this way I've had worse, the elixor I took for ms tasted like gone off oranges, not brilliant when you feel extremely sick! but it worked, both of them!

Whilst I have less number 2s and they seem very solid these days then i eat so much fruit and raw carrots that everything seems to be working as it should... I put the reduction down to the amount I still throw up tho! :rotfl:

    Hi Everyone,

Sorry to steer the conversation away from No. 2's but I have a quickie (question that is). I'm just curious when everyone started showing bump wise.
