LOL MFD - you only need to microwave it for the same time
maybe add 10 or 15 secs
As for anaemia try and up your iron rich foods... I have lentil soup at least once a week (home made - it's dead easy!) but breakfasts that are fortified are good tooRed meat and game are good too (bit of a !!!!!! if you are a veggie ofcourse!) And I think I saw somewhere that milk and cheese is good for anaemia too... probably why I don't have any problems - I'm drinking milk like it's going out of fashion... one of the few things that settles my tummy at the moment

I went through a phase of drinking litres of milk a day, now I'm onto fresh fruit juice diluted with sparkling mineral water (white grape and San Pellegrino for preference:o )26.2.19/14.1.19: T MC 3629.26/3629.26 : VM 0% 1050/13876.59 : W 0% 100/1485 = 4409.26/18990.85 =25.17%28.1.19/28.1.19 Hubs 0% £400/£2,977 =13.44%SPC 2019 #073

Good luck AM, and I hope the day picks up for you AF.
Seeing as you're all looking forward to your Mat leave, let me tell you how the first few hours of mine have gone.
I got woken up by the alarm early anyway, for DH to go to work, so I went to the supermarket (ended up leaving the house earlier than I would have done if I was going to work!) came back for him to yell at me about not a lot, and have been tidying up and sorting out washing and stuff ever since. I will rest this afternoon
I have a feeling DH was in a bad mood because he has to go to work and I don't - he tried to pick a fight with me for one thing, but when it became clear he wasn't going to win it, he chose a different subject instead. Men! He will have got over it by the time he comes home tonight, but it's a good thing I'm not feeling too hormonal today really.
Anyway, best get back to the grindstone!Isabella Molly born 14th January 2009
