Thta would be similar to my thoughts pre DD (11 in a week!! ) that she would only have organic home made food - no jars or packets for MY daughter. And no crisps or chocolate until she was - ooh, 4 or 5. Hmm - that didn't last! :rotfl: :rotfl:

According to my 'you are so fat you shouldn't have babies' leaflet, I'm at risk of not breastfeeding sucessfully because I'm fat - how do they work that out?!Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0

Ok too much going on for quotes and remembering what everyone's said.
If I was getting a new pram I'd get that bugaboo one I love it!
SB: i was the same!! B/f real nappies - didn't happen. I am going to try harder to BF this time but won't get upset if it doesn't work out.
My Pram stayed at the shop until Chris arrived.
I think the main reason for 16 wk check is bloods as i'm not having app coz not having bloods.
AF: if my bubs comes 10 days late I'll get my perfect age gap of 2.5yrs :j I personally think SB is bonkers for having another so soon
Yep, thats me! :rotfl:. But remember that I am 35!
And my DD is sitting quietly playing with her toys waiting for Nanna to collect her and entertain her for the afternoon.

Jeez feelie - I would just tell them all to stuff it...you are not supposed to be able to conceive when you are 'fat' either and you managed that bit! Please don't let them get you down and stop you doing anything that you want to do (as long as it is safe).
Loads of skinny women struggle to breastfeed successfully too!
SB - I'm okay thank you. Just feeling a bit low. December is an anticlimax after mad-november. I can't believe that little jamie is going to be here soon!! Will he definitely be a 2008 baby?please listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -
Feely I think anyone can struggle to BF so don't let that worry you... I have mahooosive boobs (I can honestly say to the point where I think they are too big and if the procedure to reduce them didn't involve bits that REALLY make me go pale I'd have them reduced!) and I'm only technically "overweight" but there is no guarantee I will be able to breastfeed Bean. And if I can then I probably won't produce more milk than anyone with smaller boobs either. OK mum produced a lot of milk so if I do it's probably due to that rather than the size of the boobies
Try BF and if it works for you then grand - but it might not no matter what size you areDFW Nerd #025DFW no more! Officially debt free 2017 - now joining the MFW's!

I'm really fat and I managed to breastfeed for nearly 3 years... Tine's right, it doesn't matter what size they are, they all make the same amount of milk (the rest of it is just fatty tissue) and milk is made to supply and demand, the more baby demands, the more you supply...
Just a random thought... I could imagine fat women failing to breastfeed if your boobs were under the tummy... you wouldn't be able to see em... Maybe that's why they're on top....A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... Oh I'm really hungry and one of the cats just used the tray, smell sent me gagging from the room... Why do they do that?!A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... Feelie: sound like your going through a bit of a down at the mo (I know I am
) don't let the barstuds get you down! I didn't manage to BF Chris and no one can give me a reason why, it just didn't work out and you certainly can't describe me as fat BMI 22 and a size 12. My mum had no probs B/F me and my sis and she's much bigger than me

Cos they're sodsWant one of my spicy tomato Wheat Crunchies? These and Tuborg beer appear to be my current downfalls LOL I don't actually like beer but at the moment I really really want tuborgs (it's a danish pilsner) and I feel guilty drinking it but it just tastes sooooo nice - what happened to my love of wine!!!!
Haven't fancied any for ages!
