  • OMG my OH had a go at me during the night for going to the toilet!
I cant bloody help it, now he said either I stop drinking after 5pm or he sleeps on the sofa
I know he has to get up for work, but it's not as if I do it on purpose.
He's doing my nut in

If that was me, I would be going as many times as possible and making as much noise as possible getting out of bed tonight! ;) And tell him he can sleep on the sofa....all the more room for you and Warren Thomas John to stretch out! :D

Oh does AF's app mean she won't be here over lunch today?
I've found an interesting article written by a midwife on the reasons (or lack of) for the "food to avoid" in pregnancy I hope it makes those of you who are scared/guilty feel less so :D

Its from the association of radical midwives which I consider a reliable source

Ps. AM hydration is important you know, we don't want you getting headaches ;)

But you mustn't get dehydrated and as the Pg progresses the sheer weight of the baby on your uterus will make you wee in the night won;t it? I think he's being incredibly unreasonable and of my Oh said that he's find all his things moved to the spare room and he'd have to do all his own cooking, cleaning etc.

Today I'm getting a lots of 'feelings' in my womb like tickly stretches. According to my babycentre email my baby is the size of a grape this week and for some reason that's made me really excited! :rotfl:

I think I've finally begun to realise that I am actually having a baby :rotfl:

Skinty - the comparisons to food always seemed more real to me - I remember him being a grape, a pear, and avocado, a pickle, the length of a kitkat and a few other things! I think the weirdest one was his head being the size of a pingpong ball.

I found during my very glamorous 24hr wee collection that my longest wees were during the night....in the day I sometimes feel desperate but only produce a thimble full!

In the Pregnancy book that the midwife gave me at the booking appointment it does say that if having to get up in the night to wee is becoming annoying then simply don't take fluids in the evening as long as you've had enough throughout the day so far, so according to that it is safe to not drink after 5pm as long as you've had enough the rest of the day, and then you shouldn't need to get up and wee in the night.
