    morning

Toto - your little lily bundle is ever so cute :D I'm glad that you are feeling better. Just remember that the hormones and emotions don't just stop/go back to normal once baby gets here. Keep talking to your OH and us and the MW and you'll be just fine.

SB- I love your name choice. Oh and I have kidnapped MFD and am trying to make sure she has a rest after all that report writing!!!! No really, havne't seen her for a little while, but hopefully she's taking things easy. I can't belive it's so close for you now.....

I am off to try and organise my christmas list today. It's pretty much there, I just need those final bits ordered and then I can gt wrapping.

MIL came to visit for dinner last night - and brought with her some pressies for bump. A gorgeous long sleeve white t-shirt with little bears on the front, a gorgeous pram fleece which is white with embossed-style stars, spme bath sponges and teething rings. She also very kindly bought us our pram - so we ordered it online last night. It's Soooooooooooooooooooooooooo exciting :D I think we have almost everything we need. Just some toiletries and essentials for me, the birth pool and a couple of extra babygrows and we'll be done!

I've stopped counting up, and now I'm starting to count down.........only 8wks to go

On oats - don;t spend a fortune on Oat So Simple, Get normal oats, stick them and milk in a bowl and nuke for two mins - cheap porridge! THen add whatever you like - honey, jam, sugar.

I've got nothing to do today till yoga this evening. Need to take some stuff to the charity shop but that's about it.

come join me on the sofa then skinty - I'm having a 'me' day and catching up on daytime tv and mse :D

Just read some thin interesting on babycentre "Size matters, too. A US study showed there was a significant increase in non-identical twin births to mothers who had a BMI of 30 or above, or who were in the top 25th percentile for height." considering we're always pedaled the idea that fat birds can't get preg

toto: glad your feeling better, I spotted a dummy in one of your photos of your gorgeous bubba, which I'm led to believe won't help her latching, would she be happy without?

OMG my OH had a go at me during the night for going to the toilet!
I cant bloody help it, now he said either I stop drinking after 5pm or he sleeps on the sofa
I know he has to get up for work, but it's not as if I do it on purpose.
He's doing my nut in

I think you need to pop his hand in a bowl of warm water while he's asleep - that'll teach him! cheeky swine! I'm on the side of the bed nearest the loo and hubby sleeps through me going, I do go in the dark and don't flush tho - mostly so Chris doesn't wake up:A

Toto: the links on THIS page may help you find some local help if MW doesn't know of any. Are you in a surestart area? ours has a b/f drop in which i think I'll be visiting when this one comes (although I'm still convinced its a girl and in our family its always boys that are trouble feeding so fingers crossed I'll be fine)

Toto- she is gorgeous, & i was about to comment on how young you look, but I guess that's not you holding her :D The school uniform logo finally twigged!

I had trouble breastfeeding my first as he was tongue tied. DS2 was a little lazy, & i had trouble with my milk supply. I was advised to take him to bed with me, & stay there as long as possible for a babymoon. Take with you lots of oats, flapjacks, twinks hobnobs, milk chocolate & milk, put a DVD on, & get you boobs out, & stay in bed with your gorgeous baby, letting her latch on as often as she wants. By the following day, I was having trouble stopping my milk supply....it was going off in all directions, like an out of control milk machine gun. :D

I'm happy!! Phoned the Pysiotherapy department, and I can go and pick up a pair of crutches today, yay! Hoping they'll show me how to use them, although they look pretty simple.

I'm getting up about 6 times a night at the moment, is very annoying. I keep waking up and having to get out of bed.

feelie! i was just thinking about you then here you are :)
I've been reading lots about independent midwives and sounds like something that would be good for you (if like me you don't have a midwife thats "yours") - although its rather pricey:shocked:
also make sure you take proof that you receive a benefit with you next time you go hosp and ask if they do the travel reimbursement coz at our local one they give it you back in cash there and then if you take your proof and receipt:j
