the mw led unit near here is supposedly v good and a bonus is they actively encourage breastfeeding instead of harassing you like at the hospital making you feel inadequate cos you cannot MEASURE how much milk your boobs have in LOL
it is common to say something like 'i cant cope' when in labour and that usually means the baby is nearly there :)

Second day running I have a headache :( and I'm still being sick and I'm so tired of it I could just scream! I'm feeling so run down and tired as throwing up is really tiring and obviously a lot of what I eat doesn't stay long enough to be digested (sorry if TMI) so I have no ideas of how much nutrients I am actually getting... This morning as I am tired any way the nausea seems worse than normal which just makes me feel like curling up in a corner and certainly not to get my act together and get into the office!
Maybe I'm just having a very down day for some reason... Just that since the HR meeting last week I've had no enthusiasm for my job at all... really can't muster even the slightest enthusiasm for my job... I've always moaned about it, but that's because I actually care and take pride in my job... the only feeling I have now is the "oh great.... yet another day, another day of not being appreciated and taking yet more carp from clients... super...."

    *sigh*

Think I'll stop by Tesco and pick up snacks on my way to try and cheer me up... :) Sorry to be such a moaner today :)

    Hope you're all well

we have one maternity hosp here and it has 2 labour wads the obs one and the MLU if your low risk your on MLU however if you need epidural or problems arise then you are transfered through to OBs unit. there is a huge theatre unit also there for every womans problems and they also do the sections. luckily that where my mum works so when i have been in she has nipped in and out!!

hope all are well i have woken up feeling really sicky? not sure if i have picked something up? have got to go to nursery at 11 for kids doing their scottish dancing and had planned to finish the xmas shopping but think i may end up in bed for an hour?

  • morning ladies,

first off I want to apologise for my post in advance. It may come across as a bit moany.

Basically, *sigh* I don't know how to say this,.. I have a terrible feeling all is not well.

All of my symptoms have gone. My (.Y.) no longer hurt, I don't feel ill (not that I ever really did), the bad dreams have disappeared, no stretching feeling in my tummy.

I woke up this morning and instantly had a voice in my head saying 'Pickle the baby's gone'.

I don't know why I feel like this... I've just got a horrible, horrible feeling.

I did a HPT which of course still says +, but that would be true even if I had MC'ed. It was fainter than it usually is, but then I usually test on 2nd or 3rd pee of the day. I tested on 1st pee of the day today.

Has anyone felt like this or anywhere near it during their pregnancies? I'm going a bit stir crazy TBH. Short of taking myself to the hospital and seeming like a mad woman, I know there's not much I can do.

I should be, according to Dr, 7+6 today.
I have a private scan booked for 6th December.

If anyone can relate and let me know, I would be so thankful.

    Little Pickle.

I hope the rest of you are well.
