Ahh.. I've got a gym ball. Lilac so it looks good when cast aside unused in the spare room! ;) It was from Tesco a few years ago now tho.

When do you need it for, Caz? Give it until 27th Dec and Tesco will have replaced all their christmas trees with gym gear and exercise bikes! ;)

Alternatively, you could ask on FreeCycle. There are bound to be loads of people who have them thrown in a corner like me with no intention of using them. I'd almost forgotten it was there. Only reason it's still inflated is cos I can't remember where the pump for it is!
  • I'm packing my bag today... all the suggested what to pack lists are really vague...

I'm hoping I won't have to stay in hospital long (and I can send someone home for more stuff if I do) so how many nappies and things do I need????!!! I have no idea - I'm going to be going in with a suitcase at this rate and all the midwives will all laugh at me!

    FOR BABY
take small pack nappies, pack of wipes 4 babygrows&vests, going home outfit, jacket, gloves, hat

    FOR YOU
toiletries, lots of underware, breastpads x 1 pack, mat towels x 2 packs, going home clothes, 5-6 nighties/pjs, dressing gown, slippers, change for the phone

think thats what i usually take as im forever getting changed? and also M/W advises you to double up mat towels for first day or two hope this helps!

    Morning!
Today's question is about morning sickness. When I get up and for a while afterwards I feel nauseous but am not actually sick. Yesterday it was bad enough that I thought I might actually vomit but mostly it is just a low level nausea - is that morning sickness?

I also feel a bit 'fluttery' in my tummy, is that normal and OK?

We are going to tell my family the news today as we have a family lunch. I'm nervous this time, last time I was excited.
