i am sure many ladies (and men) would be more than happy for you to post your bub's pic on here so that you can show him/her off

those talking about cotbeds I got the cheapest one from mothercare, the ashton cotbed its £99.99 and does the job. I looked at some of the prettier ones but I just didn't see the point as there wasn't any obvious difference to make them worth the extra money. and if you do want to use a bumper I found that the ikea one that goes all the way around a cot will cover 3 sides of the cotbed but you need to move some of the ties which is easily done because of the way this one is made (i tried it with one of the more traditional decorative ones but the way they are put together makes it much harder)0

I am proud but people can react funny when you tell them you work in tax. And isn't it geeky enough that I'm already a chartered accountant without admitting to the tax bit too?

It was quite funny yesterday I nearly blurted it out because I was at my mums with Christopher and a friend of ours who had her 2nd at the end of sept. as we were chatting I said something like I'd save that thing for next time. and she said well I have to tell you its really hard with 2, nobody told me how hard it would be - like she was warning me off and I was sat there thinking its a bit late now lol!0 -

nope, not at all. i think its great. you obviously have an interest in an area and are expanding your skills/education. more respect to you i say. well done seriously, you should be proud of yourself.
i too work in an occupation where as soon as you mention it you are hit with certain questions, but wont go into that.
hope you can enjoy your pregnancy now with all the exam stress out of the way.I was right all along DD's having a girl:j :j :j We're delighted and have been buying pink clothes already:D

congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ah, for a mum to be right....never better is it (well that is what my mum would say)0 -
I prob wouldn't admit it, not because its geeky but because you know as soon as you say it someone will say "ooh I've been having a problem with my tax return blah blah!" last thing you want at a dinner party:rolleyes:I am proud but people can react funny when you tell them you work in tax.
