Oh Emmzy I could have written that post! My diet has hardly changed in years apart from to get better if anything and yet my weight has ballooned to 19 1/2 stone now. I'm really hoping now they have my meds right that by religiously following a specific plan I will lose weight. As I said it is healthy eating, wholegrain cereal and granary toast with honey for breakfast, ham salad sandwich ,yoghurt and fruit for lunch then an evening meal, tonight we had salmon risotto and fruit.I don't mind it at all as not very different to what I was having. Although breakfast is alot more! Weighed cereal and I was only having half what I am now on the plan and wasn't having toast at all so seems masses! I've also borrowed my mum's treadmill as well to help with exercise but having problems lubricating the mat! Mum didn't realise you were supposed to do it once a year and she's had it for 7 years now so no wonder it's sticking!:eek:0

lol Im too lazy for a treadmill with the wii it doesnt feel like exercise so its ok! thats certainly alot more than i would eat as well im liking the sound of it tho lol eat more and still get thin? yus lol
Hows it working for you? Cant remember if you said when you started it but have you lost anything?
For your yoghurt for lunch have you tried that new shape one with hunger control? they were on offer in the co-op today and theyre lovely and I still dont feel hungry hours later:D0 -
It's great because it's in the conservatory so I can use it whilst watching tv!
They do say if you don't eat enough calories for your weight your body doesn't burn them so here's hoping! I only started it at the weekend but I've lost 3lbs already so hoping it'll make the difference. A friend said if I lost 1lb a week in a year that's 52lb so figured 1lb a week is achievable so in a year I'll be 4stone 4lbs lighter!
I've got the muller prebiotic probiotic things! Has anyone the foggiest idea what pre and pro biotics actually do? And as for bifidus acti regularus I swear that's made up! :rotfl:

:hello: Welcome Maddie, looks like you've already gotten the hang of these abbreviations! Yeah, we know what OHs can be like when it comes to discussing TTC but they certainly don't mind the trying part and soon learn to put up with the fuss that comes with it. Oh the fun we all go through. :rotfl:
All this talk of food is making me hungry for the first time in days! I eat lots of fruit and veg, but thank goodness I'm not veggie as that news would have just made me cry again! :eek:0 -
lol I think alot of those yoghurt things are made up! I have no idea what they do either Anyway night night and good luck with the diet... If Iv still put on next time i get weighed Ill have a look into it
