I'd just like to draw your attention to something I watched yesterday

I've been a fan of The Biggest Loser on ITV since it started 8 weeks ago and yesterday was the final

Kevin was crowned The Biggest Loser after losing nearly 10 stone in 4 and a half months



I must admit I did let out a little shriek when he was revealed to everyone!!

It's this kind of thing thats giving me the motivation to lose weight!

TBH EA I haven't got any will power either, but the prospect of being able to walk into ANY shop and buy clothes is aluring me!!

Currently can only buy them from the catalogue, Asda, Evans and Inspire at New Look

Thanks nunnygirl, have replied. I saw some of that Biggest Loser series and cannot believe anybody managed that much - none of them seemed to get off to the best start! His before pic looks very much like my OH - wonder if I could get him looking like the after photo? Might just show him and see what sort of reaction I get...

My OH gave [STRIKE]himself[/STRIKE] me a Wii and Wii Fit for Christmas. I was so furious that I didn't get anything I actually wanted I still haven't taken it out of the box! But I do want to slim up a bit before summer really hits so snapped up Billy Blank's Tae Bo box set on Amazon for under £8 - well, at least he is fit to watch and cheers up my day over a cup of tea and a Twirl! :rotfl:

Nikabella, enjoy! Relax! Get a lovely tan and lots of fun, very important that! We've had quite a few BFPs after a holiday on here so I'll keep my fingers crossed for you too x

TaeBo is FAB, used to regularly attend TaeKwonDo lessons (got my first dan black belt) and I was knackered after about the first 20 minutes :rotfl:

I thought Kev was in with a good chance of winning, after the first week weight loss, even though a lot of it will have been water.

Was VERY shocked by Sadie too though, she ended up losing 6 stone and looked FAB! She started to come good after her mum was voted out

I've got a nice story today, I've a friend who's been married and trying for a baby for about 3 years. Had a mc in her first year and nothing since. Yesterday found out she's expecting All she's done is drop a few lb's (she was a bit overweight) and I guess it was just her time. Really lovely

Nothing new here, think ov has just passed as got a neg this morning. We've bd'd almost solidly since af left so guess we must've hit the right time!!

Sun is not shining yet, apparently will brighten up this aft so I'm gonna get myself to the gym then enjoy the afternoon sunshine

Just had some guy have a go at me, as soon as he got on the phone he started shouting at me asking for my supervisor. I went from 0 to angry in 30 seconds, shouted back and told him my superviosr will tell him exactly what i told him.

Im not lying about what i have to do, and my supervisor will tell him so.

Got my supervisor after while of him shouting at me, my superviosr told him exactly what i told him. Ha.

Nunnygirl, I think quite a few of them were more motivated once they had lost their respective partners - our families aren't always the best motivators really, are they!

Wonder if they will do a follow-up programme to see if they manage to keep the weight off. After such a gruelling time I wouldn't blame them for going off the rails a bit.

Also think Tae Bo is great! You work up a sweat so quickly and Billy is just divine to work out with, I've missed him - I used his system a while ago but, ermm, fell off the rails myself I suppose!

EA, you've had your fill of grumpy moaners for today, sending positive calming thoughts your way :whistle:

Haha, thanks MadMac. I guess working for sky has to come with its shouty customers
I wish they'd shout at the right department though.

I had a break and answered a few questions on yahoo answers and im ok now

1 week until AF due! x
