Umm.. i have folic acid with Iron in. But i got that from the docs.
Best bet, if you can afford it is to get one of the ones that gives you all of it, like santogen pre natal or pregnacare conception

Ok cool thanks, yeah I might get Vit C I dont think I have enough of that, I dont eat oranges, the only fruit I have is Bananas and Grapes and Strawberries and Cherries.
Hmms I dont think I can ask OH to get them lol he will be all flustered, he doesnt do shopping alone very well, I might pop into Sainsburys on the way home from work.
So say I got one of the ones you mentioned, do I still need Folic Acid or is that in them as well?
