Umm, if you get one of the pregnacare or santgoen they have the folic acid in. And yes OH can take zinc.

The santogen his n hers pre natal have al the correct ones for both of you but its like £12 for a month supply! :o

But you could read the back of it maybe and buy the cheaper versions lol

And yay for your birthday smartie12!! Thats the day im going to a wedding to :)

I'm your cycle buddy so it should mean I'll know if I've been lucky this month by bday :)

We went in Mothercare today because my best friend's baby is due in Aug and I said I'd buy some blankets. I really wanted to look at everything but OH said no:rolleyes:

Didn't find any blankets so I'll have to hunt through all the baby shops online... what a shame:D

Hi Kindofagilr, i take pregnacare, as i have been given two lots by friends on here and at home. Lots of people on here have found they make them feel sick, but at that price i would try one months supply and see how you go, it does say take them with your main meal and when i started taking them i did feel sick shortly afterwards, but eating something with them helps and no more sickness.
    Hope this helps?

Well ladies I have just bought myself some very pretty undies, so hoping this cheers gorgeous hubby up, as he has been down for a few days ;) CD9 of my relaxing month, just hoping to have some fun soon. Should be booking a short camping trip in august this afternoon so that will be lovely :)

Very sticky baby dust to all :)
