    Thats a shame... nasty work:mad:

It's not so great working from home. Sometimes its hard to get the motivation to work:o I used to be a single parent (I have a 13 year old) so it was great being able to be at home when I needed to... and when I'm heavily PG I'l still be able to do some work;):)

I know :( I didn't really have the motivation for the course anyway, i only was doing it to do hair extensions, i hate doing actual hairdressing :/

I am going to college next year (was meant to go this year but put it back a year for wedding and babies :) ) to do an access to uni course in nursing and midwifery, i want to be a midwife as my permentant career :D

Yes I remember you mentioning college. Being a midwife would be great - good luck to you!

What does everyone think of this idea for my wedding.

On every table i was going to put a big bowl of sweets, like childhood favourites, eg, lovehearts, param voilets, flying saucers, etc.
Each bowl would be a different sweet as to encourage people to mingle as they are collecting their sweets :)

If i put a little paper bag on each table with our wedding date and names on, i thought it could be a cheapy favour idea :D

My god ths thread has become more like the pregnancy thread with all the updates lately! Hopefully it's to get us all well practiced for joining them!

Gymfriend I have to wear glasses now for driving, my optician asked whether I'd had the field of vision tests done but I haven't. Apparantly with the tumour they are supposed to do a full field of vision test at the hospital. I meant to ask my consultant about it but I forgot!

I had little tongs to pick the sweets up and little paper bags.

The shop owner is buying the jewellery off me to sell... so I'm a wholesaler now:)

Other shops sell my things for me and take commision.

I used to work in a pre school but due to my health had to give it up. I then did a jewellery making course for something to do and that led to me starting my own business after I surprisingly sold a few items in a friends shop:D I now have a few shops here in North Devon selling my stuff... and in the Cotswolds v soon!

    Hi smartie12 :D

What sort of jewellery are u sellin and in which shops? i could have a sneaky peak when im in town...
