    I need some help guys,

AF turned up this morning, not like first thing in the morning, I just noticed her when I went to the loo there, do I count my first day of AF as today or tomorrow when I wake up with a full bleed (sorry if its too much TMI)

I'm just wondering if I can figure out when I will be ovulating?

And also AF is early she wasnt due till tomorrow, so I am confused as to what my cycle lengths are now?

These are my cycles for this year

    Jan 14th - 21st (30 days?)
    Feb 13th - 19th (29 days?)
    Mar 14th - 18th (27 days?)
    April 10th - 17th (28 days?)
    May 8th - 14th (27 days?)
    June 4th -

    Help lol

Your cycle lengths look ok to me. Mine are roughly the same in that they aren't the same each month but are usually between 29 & 31 days long so they are usually within a day or two of each other.

Working out day 1 of your cycle.......I usually have at least 2-3 days spotting before proper AF. I call CD1 the day I get full flow before early afternoon. If its late afternoon/evening when full flow starts I call the following day CD1.

God i just want to cry...
i was working nights around this time so never got to BD, if i had known i would of made extra effort...

    uuuurrrrgggghhhh

I'l have to wait at least another 2 months now if my cycle doesnt get sorted

You can ovulate anyday in a cycle although most women ovulate around day 14 some ovulate on day 20. The phase before ovulation can vary a lot from cycle to cycle ( if you are stressed etc) but the luteal phase which is the number of days after ovulation to af does not vary more than a few days for you. If for example you ovulate on day 14 and have a 12 day luteal phase then you would expect af on around day 26, if you ovulate on day 20 you would expect af on day 32. Before ovulation your cm goes from sticky to lotiony and eventually eggwhite, the eggwhite is the most fertile. After ovulation you should notice that your cm quickly dries up. I hope this helps you. To increase your chances of a bfp bd on the days where you have cm until you know ovulation has occured. I hope this helps you.

    Hello!

Apologies if this is the wrong thread to post in!

My OH and I are planning to start trying for a baby after summer (we have financial stuff to try and sort out first!!). I am 31 and don't want to wait much longer!
I have had a few gynae problems in the past, including PID and have a feeling it wont be an easy ride (sorry probably the wrong phrase there!!!:rotfl:). However, I want to try and get my body (and his) into the best possible condition and do as much as I can to help the situation.

Can anyone recommend any pre-pregnancy books that would give me good honest advice? I had a look on Amazon but got confused!!

    Thank you! x

AF just arrived, and is therefore due again on 2nd July 2009, I am going on holiday to Cyprus from 27 June - 11 July.

Now I don't think I could handle going away and if AF is late and waiting till the 11th July to get home to test lol

So for sanity reasons do you think I should take a test with me, but obv dont use it till I am def def def late?
