Trying For a Baby II

Hello ladies and welcome to Lambanana! My mantra still holds - it only takes one BD to get a BFP so be positive that it might not take you very long and you'll soon be jumping threads x
Oh Elastigirl, families can really overstep the mark at times. You can't pick 'em unfortunately... but sending a big hug your way :grouphug:
Scottishchick - join the club! AF also due here tomorrow and zero chance of a BFP. OH has been far too moody this month and I didn't want to go near him! So I might end up finding a replacement soon :rotfl:
Now on to a 2010 baby? How thoroughly depressing is that - a whole year gone already just like that!
Anyway, on to a new working week - wish I could write off the rest of this year work-wise as well...0 -
i agree with you madmac that it only takes one bd to get a bfp, this month we only bd once:eek: but af has not arrived as of yet and i dont have any pains like i normally do, was going to test this morning but have no hpt's here so might get one tonight but thenm think that as soon as i get one af will arrive
Scottishchick - i hope your friends dd is okay and im thinking of her x:TIf your happy and you know it clap your hands :T0 -
Morning all, and welcome to Lambanana
Oh Skintchick, sorry your family are not being more discreet! I understand how you must have felt. Just chill out and enjoy being pg and we look forward to hearing all about your scan!
Well life here is plodding along nicely, enjoying glorious sunshine and oh and i seem keen this month
Well i hope you all a great week, Scottishchick, thinking of you and your family.

I suspect that OV is on its way, had some EWCM this morning :T going to try and BD at least every other day this week, not being mechanical about it or anything because it's always fun! Just know that the next few days are my best egg catching chances (though I do think I might be a bit early, thought OV was due at earliest next weekend) hope hubby is feeling energetic :rotfl:
I have some OPK stick things waiting at the post office still as I was too tired this morning to go before work but I will get them tomorrow as I want to test tomorrow afternoon.
I'm terribly excited about all of this even though it's early days TTC wiseI keep eyeing up the baby knitting patters in the wool shop :rotfl:wouldn't buy any or start knitting before I'm pregnant though, that's just tempting fate and I'm being as sensible as a broody brain will allow!

Oh Lambanana, you are just like the rest of us! I am very excited as my ewcm arrived today, with a little this weekend. I have just checked on FF and they say today is my expected OV day! Not sure how this works following a MC but i am willing to give it a go! I will have to persuade OH into bding tonight to try and seal the deal. I am hoping all the talk about a fertility peak following mc is true? I will keep you all informed.
Right lunch time, so time to hang washing out and catch a little sun!

Good luck Leopardlady, hopefully this will be your cycle and you'll get a sticky bean
It is so easy to get excited about the whole thing, glad I wont be alone going on about it as whilst hubby is excited and wants a baby he wont talk about TTC, he doesn't want to get "obsessive" apprently.Official DFW Nerd Club - Member #398 - Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts :T

I'm sorry if I've said anything wrong earlier - I was so tired before I went to work earlier and reading back, I don't think it made sense! So will try to catch up now and fingers crossed for everybody still in with a chance this cycle
Leopardlady, thinking of you and yes, I read that your hormones after MC can help you get a BFP quickly so you never know x
OH is going to be away again this month  so he has agreed to meet me half way for a night at the 'right' time - I just couldn't bear to see yet another month go to waste. Feeling jolly rough tonight so know AF is on the way. Oh joy :rolleyes:0 -
Evening everyone, hope we're all well
Decided to take matters into my own hands last week and I've put myself on a healthy eating plan and it seems to be working so far. I've had bags more energy:T
Fingers crossed lowering my BMI (which is frightfully high:eek:) will help my chances of TTC
I'm in a but of a pickle at the moment though. I had some spotting (old blood) on Friday, nothing on Saturday, a touch on Sunday and brown blood again today, but no cramping or anything else and AF is more than a week off so I am confuddled at the moSealed Pot Challenge Member 1216 -

Hi all, well I got the news that I really wasn't wanting today, I went for my second scan and there's definitely no heartbeat and although it had grown, it was only around 1.5mm in a week, it should be much bigger by now. Obviously I am really upset but want it all over now so that I can move on. Originally I was going to opt for a conservative miscarriage - ie letting it all happen naturally but it can take up to 6 weeks, I don't want to wait that long, so I have decided to go for a D & C, I'm getting it on Thursday.
Leopardlady - the midwife said to me today that they reckon that you get pregnant quicker after a miscarriage as your body is already prepared, so fingers crossed.0
