Well I remembered somebody mentioning this before so OH & I tried it: He did an ebay POAS yest so that we could check they definetely weren't dodgy lines & we weren't imagining them & his was definetely a BFN!
I think he was very relieved to find out he wasn't expecting lol though think of the money we would have made :rotfl:

I've just remembered your earlier post Natalie & I really, really hope this is a BFP for you. You deserve it more than most.
Well with DD I had symptoms galore from about a week before I had even missed AF whereas this time I have nothing. It's so hard when you think you have a BFP & can't get excited.
What about trying a First Response on BOGOF?I could buy a pack & post you the free one :rotfl: I'm wondering whether I really want to buy 4 when there's a chance I could well be pregnant!!!

Thanks for asking Nikabella! Early scan will be week after next. I'm good thanks- plenty of symptoms but not feeling too bad!
I did a couple of eBay cheapies when I found out (10 days ago) and they still have the lines on them. I found that the lines did get darker as I got further along. Last one I did last week the line was the same as the control line.
Hope that helps, and fingers tightly crossed for both of you x x x:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -
I'm going to the supermarket this morning & I'm going to get an own brand pack, thanks anyway.0

I'm really glad that things seem to be going ok for you GISI. The early scan will be amazing & put your mind at rest I'm sure. Our first scan with DD was at 11 weeks, we went private as our hospital weren't offering scans until 21 weeks at that point & although it was a bit later on than your will be it was wonderful to now everything was ok & that it was all real. We let my mother & grandmother come with us (which makes us sound like some chav family!) as neither had ever seen a proper scan & they didn't believe I was pregnant until they saw her as I didn't look any different!
Well I have my fingers crossed very tightly for you Natalie - keep us updated! I really hope we can both graduate to the pregnancy thread soon.
Edited to say: Asda tests are very sensitive I have found - not sure about other supermarkets.

Sounding really positive for both of you Natalie and Nikabella. Fingers crossed!!
GISI, I didn't notice you had another BFP after the mc (stoopid me don't read things properly!!) congratulations!
I am currently CD20/30, and did lots of BD the past week, so fingers crossed for this month as I kind of built my hopes up last month and it obv wasn't to be! Never mind!

Ooh it's so exciting with all this positive news on here.
Thank you so much for your kind words Nikabella and Nunnygirl. I'm so excited, but haven't told anyone in real like yet so kind of feel a little bit isolated, if that makes sense! Will be telling family and friends after the scan though so that's pretty exciting!
Let us know how you get on Natalie and Nikabella x x:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -
I understand what you mean GISI, I would feel a little isolated as well, but the minute the scan is done you can call everyone.
I bet you feel better thenSealed Pot Challenge Member 1216 -
