Hi all CD17 today, do I have a cycle buddy? How are you all. We actully managed to BD every day up to OV and the day after bar the day we argued. So hopefully we have done slightly better this month. Trying not to get carried away as usual, but again really hope something has happened this month.
_Shel the only time i had the metallic taste was when I was pg with DD and it was disgusting, just thinking about it now I can taste it urghh. Nothing I could drink or eat would take it away either. Hope you get a BFP soon.

Thanks Helen
I know I keep saying it on both threads and I sometimes bore myself keep saying it but its definately helped me in the past 4....nearly 5 years now  Blimey time flies!
I used to get so worked up that I was pg during the 2WW and when AF inevitably arrived it was a blow.
I now don't think about it at all really. Of course I have my moments where I dream about "what if...." but they are usually whilst AF is visiting.
I feel alot better in myself since making the decision not to symptom spot. Its like having a huge weight lifted from my shoulders. I figure that when I do get pg again my body will let me know soon enough.
I know its not for everyone but for me its good!:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:0 -

Of course you can! I'm quite liking the idea of cycle buddies!
I'm impressed you managed to BD everyday around ov! We have been managing every other day, some times everyday & I thought we were doing well lol. I'm just a little frustrated that I still don't know if I have ov'd yet & I'm on CD19/31.

Thank you everyone. You're all a great help.
I did test again as AF is due today and no sign and BFN. I really should wait until I am actually late because you're right, my cycle may be running late this month. I'm on CD 34/34 so I wish it would hurry up or not.0 -
Morning ladies,
I just did my retest and it showed a BFP after about 30 secs. I'd set the oven time for 5 mins just in case I went over the time limit for results. Can't quite believe it and I don't think I will until Thurs when the docs does the test.
Does anyone know if they just sent off a sample or if they test your sample in the office while you wait?
I'm keeping you all in my thoughts. It's a new week and new chances for getting pregnant.
Sticky baby dust,

Well i am on CD22, and it looks like we bd'd at all the right times, and i think this is the first month we have! So fingers crossed. I am feeling quite positive this month, although i am going to try and hold off testing until i am due on.

Hi BF, Congratulations
when I first saw my doctor she just took my blood pressure and made another appointment for me she didn't bother testing, just took my word for it and I think this is quite common. The second doc a week later did take a urine specimen but I think this was to check other things.
Hi cycle buddies Nikabella and Tigerlilly! Actually I think my cycle is probably messed up, I'm sure I didn't ov early as there was no sign of EWCM and since Thursday last week I've been ov testing and so far all negative but I noticed a change in CM this morning so fingers crossed that something is going to happen soon. Think I'm on CD20 but not sure what my normal cycle length is.
