Hi AnnieM and Rosiebud,
Best wishes to both of you. Know how you feel, I'm going through the "it's not going to happen for me" phase at the moment. Although we wanted to start trying lastr April my cycle had disappeared until cause was established this year and now on meds to sort out. Cycle is now back and I'm charting on fertility friend so officially only been 4 months but because of all the problems it still seems like it's 18 months! On top of all that chart on FF doesn't seem to be making any sense at all! It's putting me as ovulating at completely different days than I would have said myself! Feeling like things are getting more muddled and less hopeful all the time. Also 36 in January and everywhere I turn all I see and hear is about less hope of conception past 35!
Very pleased for all the BFP's but fighting the envy. My friend who tried for 2 years before becoming pregnant is due on tuesday as well so that makes it hit home.
Lets hope we all get the news we desperately want soon!

Congrats mirrorimage - these BFPs are coming in thick and fast!
*hopes desperately to be next*Am not witty enough to put something cool and informative here:o0 -
Hey AnnieM and becs,
Don't mean it in a horrible way but it is comforting to know there are people feeling the same way as me. Definitely having a "never gonna get pregnant" time.
becs - don't know if you've noticed (I know AnnieM has popped on there before) but there is a ttc 12+months (not straightforward) thread on here aswell, so lots of info and support from ladies in the same situation as us long term tryers (god I hate that phrase). Here is a link http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1215125&page=1 to that thread in case you want to have a look.
Congrats mirrorimage, I do love seeing that people are getting BFPs, it gives me some hope.
I just want to know what my next step is - but will probably find out more on the back of my blood test results in the week.

Thanks Rosiebud,
I had seen it but felt I'd be a bit of a fraud in my situation. I guess although we officially started trying april 2007 because my cycle stopped then and didn't return until May this year I kind of feel we've only been in a position to try since then. So I tend to think of myself as having been trying since this year rather than last if that makes sense!

I am not yet TTC but pop in and out of this and the old thread.
Pinkpig Once you stopped Depo did you go on the pill or anything else? I am due my next injection on Tuesday but thinking off going back on pill instead as want to try TTC late next year. I have been on it 5.5yrs.
Hi lilmissmup - no I didn't go on anything else after stopping the depo. It took a long time for my periods to come back though, and they were a little heavier than before. I was on it for about 4.5 years and got my periods back about a year after I stopped the Depo.Sealed Pot Challenge #817 £50 banked0 -
Well done all the BFPers! Yay!
AnnieM - big hugs.
I've been offline for a few days as I went back to work and it really knocked me for six emotionally. Had my final hospital app at EPU yesterday and am now discharged - have had complete natural mc and got the usual advice to wait a couple of months - but we BD'd this morning! I am day 15, taking first day of mc as forst day of cycle, I usually O at 15 days so we are going for it!
Bleeding seems to have stopped again and doctor said it's normal for it to stop and start once but if it comes back a third time to go to my GP.
I'm going to get a nice box today to put all my positive tests, Pg notes, etc in as a memorial box for bubba. I also had an idea others might find useful - I plan to get an eternity ring with the birthstones of the month bubba would have been born, and the month I lost him/her. I can then wear that with my wedding ring and I will always remember our first baby. Thought it might be a nice idea for others too.
Good luck to everyone and big hugs to anyone who needs them.

I was on depo for about ten years, came off it and it took a year for periods to go back to 'normal'. That was about four years ago when I came off it. I also didn;t go on anything else afterwards (was celibate) and first time DH and I Bd'd after our wedding we got PG! OK, I lost it, but I still was pleased I conceived so quickly. DFW Nerd Club member 023...DFD 9.2.2007 :heartpuls married 21 6 08 :A Angel babies' birth dates 3.10.08 * 4.3.11 * 11.11.11 * 17.3.12 * 2.7.12 :heart2: My live baby's birth date 22 7 09 :heart2: I'm due another baby at the end of July 2014! :j

I plan on doing this, and the first thing will be my HPT, which I keep getting out to look at. I've taken a photo of it too, in case it fades??? Either way, I plan to keep anything of significance, that I can as the journey goes along. I've already started a 'diary' of my thoughts and progressions. It's helping me at the moment because apart from Me & OH, noone else knows, so I need to have that outlet just to pour out my thoughts, without OH getting sick of hearing the same old things.0
