Accusing people who are worried, of behaving like spoilt children is not really helping them at all IMHO, you might have a little more consideration if you found yourself in the same situation.

I have £7580 in Icesave - my entire life savings (I'm 23), which I hope will one day go towards a deposit for a property. Of course I'm concerned, but I'm concerned about the lack of communication from the FSCS. I'm not going to blame Martin for a decision I made.

Martin's articles have been a real eye-opener, and I'm grateful for that. I would imagine a lot of people feel the same. What annoys me so much is how a shouting minority can completely ignore the FACT that nobody knew Icesave would go bust, so there's nobody to blame for this. The sooner these people realise that, the better.

Oh, and as for those who are moaning that the Icesave article isn't being updated 3x a day - perhaps stop to think that that's because the authorities haven't released any further information, and that there's no new information to publish?
