I've sold a couple more bits and pieces today, but I also have some late payers now. I hope it's not going to cause me trouble.

I had a seller tell huge wopping porkies. She said that she posted an item on the 4th - IN a post office (bank hol monday), but the stamps, recorded delivery stickers, and the address slip (which she printed off ebay) are all dated the 11th.

I sent her photos when she asked for proof, and consistently blamed royal mail for peeling off her paypal postage, and sticking on their own stamps. She is hilarious - why not just say oops sorry?!!!!:rotfl::rotfl:

Sadly, the lady with my phil and teds thinks there is a fault with it (I think she has the front wheel in the lock position rather than swivel). She is returning it tomorrow. I will repair the brake myself and put it on friday ad for a local sale.

Floxxie, have you put your p&t on yet? How much are you hoping to get for it?

Oh no LHB, it sounds like P&T buyers are very fussy (think you are correct that she has the wheel locked - did the same myself!)

No, haven't put it on yet. Couldn't find an handlebar from eBay so bought one elsewhere which cost a small fortune. RM took forever to deliver it and I have been so busy I still haven't taken it out of its packaging. Have new camera so will take piccie at weekend once I have reassembled the whole thing.

Still no idea about price -was hoping for £200 - 250 - what do you think? It really is in mint condition - it gathered more dust sat in the hall than it did through use! :rotfl:

Have had so much sell tonight that I am overwhelmed. Was planning to study and tidy and look after children tomorrow but think I shall be sorting out postage and packing and posting. The items didn't sell for a great deal overall but it will be a lovely space that will be cleared. Just checked my other items and fewer have sold but for much more money - yippee.

It's is a bit quiet on here. Hope people haven't been put off by the latest eBay thoughts. I'm just going to continue putting things on as I have so much that needs to go.
I'm also going to find a coin and stamp dealer and sell that way - has anybody used one? How did it go?

It took me all morning to weigh things and send invoices and then pack the items that had been paid for. Have 15 items that I am waiting for payment. Another 9 items are wrapped and ready to go so will go to PO at 2pm.

Am going to relist the unsold items tonight on a 10 day auction and then get lots done on Sunday - think it is meant to be raining then.

Have to get up to loft tonight to get buggy down (friend wanted me to sell it but it has several faults in it so I have said no). Dreading what I might find up in the loft as I did put a lot of stuff up there to sort out later.

Have to also locate the remainder of my stamp and coin collection so I can take that to town on Saturday. Mmmm, doesn't sound a lot but will take me today and tomorrow to achieve ;)

    Hope everybody is ok.

OOOOh, I feel so much happpier having my p&t back - and the front wheel works just fine and dandy:confused:

But, she tried to fold up the p&t with the doubles kit on - its an e3 which wont work. Perhaps she believed that she was getting a later model.

No problems - Ill use it until ds2 starts school in september if necessary. It does look fab now its clean:rotfl:

Floxxie, is it your p&t in the loft or ANOTHER one? Have you got more clutter than me?:rotfl:
