An Old Style gesture of support for Martin

He's helped so many people in many different ways. Definitely got my support :T0

Just noting my support, also my friends and family who have gained from the knowledge I have gained from here. Thanks Martin:beer:0

Here Here, We wouldn't have our home still if Martin wasn't here giving the great MS advice.

I've just watched the interview. The whole credit crunch is a global economic problem, if governments the world over cannot know what is going to happen tomorrow then surely it is impossible for Martin to know either. His advice has always been sound and given in good faith. I thought the interviewer was just looking for someone to blame for an unforseen event.Just when I'm about to make ends meet, somebody moves the ends0

Great idea!! Absolutely lifesaving forum! So much support available here and it's all down to Martin.........don't listen to the likes of Jon Snow - I don't - sometimes I did, in the past, and it got me absolutely nowhere......they're only mouthpieces for capitalism!! Sod 'em!! :beer:0

big hugs martin... i thought mr snow made himself look totally ignorant on the subject and the other guy was/is a solicitor he should have known better and to read the small print and go thru the paperwork with a fine tooth comb.all desicions and mistakes we all make are ours we're all adults, we are in a recession but that was not martins fault or ours.
if it wasn't for martin and this website and other mse'rs nearly all of us would still be up the proverbial creek without a paddle, and at this moment in time probably even worse off than we are..
so keep up the good work martin we all appreciate and need what you do same to all you other mse'rs, i personally couldn't do this without you all.

oh dear... i haven't watched the clip yet, but it's such a shame that people have been picking on one person who has saved thousands of people in the country money. he was the one making media appearances at the right time saying to switch or not switch utilities, how to cut costs with other things etc. MSE has really made a difference to our household finances, and I want to say a massive "thank you" for all the great advice. It's rare you get impartial free advice on anything - especially money matters! There is no one person to blame for the financial crisis, but even if there was, Martin couldn't be further from the back of the queue!0

Well I watched the clip and as far as I can see the person who had lost money hadn't followed Martin's advice and split up their savings so sad as it may be for them it certainly isn't Martin's fault.
I've been using this site for 5 months now and have already saved hundreds of pounds and had much enjoyment from trawling through the threads. Have learned a lot and hopfully passed on a few tips myself.
Hugs to Martin , keep up the good work

Didn't see the Jon Snow item mentioned but as far as I'm concerned Martin does a first rate job............and without him we wouldn''t have this site which is a wealth of knowledge in itself.
I've leaned so much since joining (which I'd known about it sooner) and made a lot of really good friends.
So, big thanks and hugs to a jolly good chap.................:TMary
I'm creative -you can't expect me to be neat too !

To Martin & all the other workers behind the scenes at MSE
Please ignore all the nasty comments in 'have a go at Martin threads etc'. Like people have posted before, people have got to try and blame someone else... everyone has a choice with their own money.
This site has helped soooooo many people. It has taught me so many things, so shop around for prices, cash back credit cards, etc, cooking from scratch, cash back sites... the list could go on and on. Its mainly because of this site, I've managed to get our outgoings down so much that we're having a baby in March
Please don't give up all the hard work, I for one REALLY appreciate it!!
Martin.... we llloooovve you!! :kisses: :smileyhea0
