    capitulation + big volumes on max fear = bottom reached then rise will follow but it will not be a big bounce. The bottom will have to be put in place first. The rise will be slow and investors will climb a wall of worry

    edit: panic = dumping of stock but massive volumes are needed. I expect turn to start around 3rd week this month

    I have a feeling there will be a 100+ point rise after the weekend as investors have full 2 days to look at what's going on and think more rationally.

    What i don't understand is that the UK banking situation appears to be in a better shape than the US. Yet i check the ex rate and the dollar is spanking the pound

    UK bail out plan same figure as USA-- yet 1/5 the size
