Phew, I'm glad there's only me and the OH now DD is at Uni. I try to go early in the morning if possible so I don't often get this.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Iwas in the cathedral of commerce tother day with lady Freda. Wearing my Pinhole Sunglases and shorten hair, easily separated the loose women from their trolleys as the partedwhen I charged at 'em all.
Only problem was Lady Freda was one minute beside me and then went rrrs over tit onto the deck just like that. I never laughed so much as she was skiddles everywhere, but she did get a cup of tea.
I treated her to the favourite food of the wolverines. Choccies and lots of it.0 -
My pet hate is too when people leave their trolleys in the middle of the isle and you say excuse me and they just carry on what they are doing, so you have to move their trolley. Also when you are walking between the isle and people decided to stop to talk so you can't get by. I was in asda the other week and there was one of those baskets in the middle of the end of the isles. A women was stood there with her kids blocking one side and then there was a man blocking the other side and i couldn't get through, surely they much relasie that people will want to come by there, can't they stand somewhere else.Married 09/09/090

Shop online you lot!! Then the kids won' be squabbling but happy at home instead and no more stress and hassle. You still get all the specials etc. And then you only need to pop in the shop for the odd bit now and again.

Shopping isn't the same when performed in a relatively stress-free environment. I know for a fact my OH only comes shopping so he has an excuse to be the grumpy demon husband from hell for a couple of hoursNo chocolate, cosmetics or clothes to be bought before xmas day 14! ~ NPower eBay target £541.670

I hate it when people leave trollies all over the place to go wandering down aisles to look for things, I don't bother saying anything anymore and just push them out of the way. I do the same when I want to buy veg and find my way blocked by a trolley, I just move it out of the way.
I find that men are the worst culprits for it plus they tend to stand there looking gormless as they try and remember what their wives put on the shopping list that they left on the kitchen table.:rotfl:
As for shopping online - no thanks, I want to see my food and choose it myself rather than let a robot in a warehouse select it for me.0 -

You've not done a Waitrose online shop then...... and hey, if you have the time and like pushing trolleys out of your way, then fine, stop moaning....
I work full time and do not want to spend my precious time in a supermarket - if others do, that is their choice and shut up complaining!Genie

Why do people insist on taking their screaming brats to supermarkets anyway? And I think old people should only be allowed to shop at certain times. they have all week to shop, so why they need to do it at lunch time/after work ie. 5pm and at weekends is completely beyond me. I am a woman and funnily enough women are my biggest problem shopping. dilly dallying....talking to their friends while blocking aisles..... generally taking up too much bloomin room!0

hahaha I'd love to leave my screaming brats at home but I think the social services would have me hung for that
There's only so much online shopping you can do before your bottom becomes bigger than the chair cos you never walk anywhere....:DNo chocolate, cosmetics or clothes to be bought before xmas day 14! ~ NPower eBay target £541.670 -

Quite! I'd leave them at home with the wife and do the shopping myself, or vice versa. Why anyone drags bored kids (who subsequently run riot) round a supermarket when they don't have to is beyond me.0
