Ladies @ Supermarkets

Ladies,

Please note that you should steer your trolley in parallel with the aisles.

They should not be at 45 or 90 degrees across the aisle.

And if you meet some friends in there by chance, remember that you will be having lunch with them the next day, so you do not need to block the aisle with your trollies and large derrieres.

Thank you.

:rolleyes::D

 this is my biggest, most annoying thing when i go shopping on a wed morning.

Usually for me its the fruitn veg aisle where they seem to congregate. Mostly it pensioners and women with the worlds biggest buggies and if you dare say excuse me its like you have just swore at them!!!

It is sooo rude and selfish when i try to be polite and keep my trolley to the side so that other people can get through.
Just to win anything would be great!!
  • Hay, not all woman do that (me for one), I know what you mean some people (not just women) leave the trollies at angles in the middle of the lane to go get something they forgot three aisles down.

The thing that annoys me most in a supermarket is paying!

The thing that annoys me most on internet chat rooms is .... men that moan about women!

your all wrong, the most annoying thing in Supermarkets who wait until they are told how much the shopping is before they attempt to find any means of payment. Does it come as a surprise that they are being asked to pay?

Should do what I do, if you are totally blocking the way past and know I am there and fail to move, I push my way through.

I shouldn't have to ask for someone to move, therefore I don't.

I do make exceptions for those in wheelchairs and the disabled as they can't move as easily and do take up more room through no fault of their own.

I seem to get behind the retired couple who stop opposite where the member of staff is unloading a cage, and spend several minutes discussing the merits of Huntley and Palmers cornish wafers versus water biscuits, whilst blocking the aisle.Bless!!

Close but no cigar, it's the people who don't bother to start packing until after they've paid.

I have to agree with dinglebert - and women are usually the worst offenders - scrabbling round their handbags looking for a purse as if they hadn't expected they'd need it.

Perhaps we should ban all women from the supermarkets and let the men do the shopping instead? But perhaps not because we'd all then live on a diet of frozen pizza and beer.

Perhaps men should be banned from supermarkets as most of them seem to spend their time nagging their OH when shopping. Frightened they'll miss the bookies or pub probably.
