FRED, Your missus is on the 'Blower'
Youv'e got to report back to HQ ASAP.Lol:rotfl:Thomson 757 Man0 -
Yeah but you can put it in a location where it then only takes a second to get to. The problem is when people haven't a clue where their payment method is located on them. Which I agree is very annoying.
different subject but it irritates the tits off me when someone gets on the bus and dont have their pass or money to hand and spend ages rummaging for it. !!!!!! you were at the stop waiting for a bus, the least you can do is be prepared to pay. There's someone in my head, but it's not me0 -

Oh! So no Christmas shopping to be done for the family because of all the men who are totally blocking up the shop (to say nothing of the car park) wanting to buy the alchoholic beverages that could safely have been bought and stored weeks earlier!
Aaaah, but not they couldn't have been could they: because you would have drunk them all straight away!!!!!;)
Course, then there are the men who left it till Christmas Eve in the hope that they could get the box of choccies for the wife for half price:rolleyes: , and they are moaning at the staff because there is nothing except a battered box of quality street left on the shelf!
My pet hate in supermarkets is listening to some drip of a man whinging on because his wife wants to buy the store brand biscuits and he is upset cos they are not what his mummy used to buy:D . Aaah Bless!"there are some persons in this World who, unable to give better proof of being wise, take a strange delight in showing what they think they have sagaciously read in mankind by uncharitable suspicions of them"(Herman Melville)0 -
Pet hates' in supermarkets - when the cashier starts piling the next customers shopping on top of yours as you try to pack the remaining items away - solved this by 'pay when it is packed away!'
plus those bloomin' televisions advertising products in your lug hole in bigger stores - if only I could pull the wire out!!!!
Dirty baskets!! we have the plastic ones and always seem to have some remnant of spilt milk or yogurt all over them - can't they jet spray them now and again!!!
Talking about baskets - I have seen these in some stores

Please don't ban women from shops... At least we know where things are!! Mostly its the men who ask me where stuff is.... I don't mind showing people, but by the time you've done 20 laps of the supermarket its a little tiring.
I always stick my purse in my pocket as I'm walking into the store. People seem to surprised to be asked to pay!0 -
Our local asda seems to use the bread aisle as the lets stop and chat, or go through my shopping list, or leave my trolley in the middle of the aisle whilst i go to a different aisle, and its always old people that do it.
They should have a oap day.
I have been known to move someones trolley after she left in in the middle sideways on one aisle and then walked off to the magazine aisle and stated reading a mag - so i pushed it into another aisle she looked dumb struck when she came back(made me feel good though).
Some one i went to college with(all those years ago) used to get condoms and put them in peoples trollies that they left in the middle of the aisle or in their way( it was so embarassing but made the shopping fun).0 -
Should do what I do, if you are totally blocking the way past and know I am there and fail to move, I push my way through.
I shouldn't have to ask for someone to move, therefore I don't.
I do make exceptions for those in wheelchairs and the disabled as they can't move as easily and do take up more room through no fault of their own.
You would stand there for a long time if you didn't politely say 'Excuse me' if I was supposedly in your way with a trolley. Some aisles are so narrow that no matter where you stopped with a trolley you would be 'blocking the way.
Manners and politeness cost nothing.0 -

Manners and politeness costs nothing, neither does common sense.
The last time I looked rudeness was free too.
So even though you can see someone is trying to get past, you still wait to be asked? Is this so you can be offended if they are not polite?0 -

the store where i work had the old baskets replaced with the new type with wheels and this created an uproar as people wanted the old style basket, a basket is a basket imo0
