Earthgirl gets back on track!

Thanks Michelle,
I have ended up having a mixed day, some cleaning and ebay, a little walk with my family for my mothers day treat of tea and cake out. It feels like we have done something, but not had the expense of going out for lunch or tea.
I'll crack on with food for everybody now.15/5/12 Paid off Mortgage 1 (£220k) Bought Dream House:www: Dec 13 - Mortage 2 -£116,508. 15/7/18 Mortgage Free Again :j

I am really annoyed with myself for not being organised with my store cupboard! I have no butter so I couldn't make bread
Wish I lived in Michelles pantry too (she probably wouldn't notice!)
I think I will walk to the shop (about 2 1/2 miles away) and then I can post my ebay parcels too, and pay in some cash. The fresh air will be good for Earthlet, I don't normally get him out for a walk on a Monday as I have 2 clients today... but if I set off now, I should easily make it back for lunch.
So plan today: Feed earthlet and me big porrige, hang out washing, post parcels, pay in cash, and buy bread. Back for lunch and double tutoring at 1pm, feed baby and then second tutoring, followed by hm fishcakes for tea.
Jobs still lurking to be done at some point:
-check tent (on a fine day!)
- finish banking switch over and sign new credit card etc.
- wash filthy car
-buy tomato plants and compost with shop and scan voucher.15/5/12 Paid off Mortgage 1 (£220k) Bought Dream House:www: Dec 13 - Mortage 2 -£116,508. 15/7/18 Mortgage Free Again :j

Hey EG,
Just caught up on your thread.
We took two different routes with weaning our first two. The later we used baby led weaning and whilst it was messier it was far easier and she eats so much more variety.
How often are you planning on going camping? we love it and so do the kids.

Thanks smlsave, thats a really kind offer, but I won't manage to grow from seed ;( !
I have no luck in growing tomatos from seed at all. After about a week of having the plants on the window sill, oh gets sick of them and puts them outside to fend for themselves! I buy the pants cause they perform better in the long run! I'm getting them for free with my shop and scan vouchers - they now do b&Q vouchers.
Had a nice day just pottering in the end, it started to rain so I didn't do my walk to the village, but I found a bread recipie without butter, so made bread and cakes instead
I've done my tutorings and am about £60 up on the day, plus I convinced oh to recycle an old blackberry he had sat around for £79. He is terrible!
He has also just mentioned I could have a few thousand he has sat around in an account paying 0.5% interest - it is actually close to £3,500. I will transfer it to a good isa for him... I don't know about taking it off the total we owe the world? I suppose I should - i'll do it when I transfer it to a meaningful account! He drives me barmy with his crazy approach to money... I suppose I drive him barmy with my crazy approach to the mortgage!15/5/12 Paid off Mortgage 1 (£220k) Bought Dream House:www: Dec 13 - Mortage 2 -£116,508. 15/7/18 Mortgage Free Again :j

We will only go a few times a year, when I can get oh to take some time off and get away.. hence the freecycle tent. I am hoping that my ds will love it then it'll be 2 against 1!15/5/12 Paid off Mortgage 1 (£220k) Bought Dream House:www: Dec 13 - Mortage 2 -£116,508. 15/7/18 Mortgage Free Again :j

Had a good few days, made some more nappy liners out of a fleece that was size 8 and never going to fit me again! Also some more reusable bum wipes
Did a mr a shop for £30 as we needed quite a lot this week.
OH washed my car with the water after he washed his and its looks lovely!
Off to finish my list, and must add learn knitting and sort out laptop to the list asits getting a bit slow.
Have a ms today, and will get a few things on it that I couldn't get a mr A. Have also been called into see the head again (wish they'd leave me alone to enjoy the last few weeks now) goodness knows what i'll be asked to do now!
Also got a tuition later and then ms report to write.
Must go, dirty nappy calling!!15/5/12 Paid off Mortgage 1 (£220k) Bought Dream House:www: Dec 13 - Mortage 2 -£116,508. 15/7/18 Mortgage Free Again :j

Our kids love it anything to do with being outside. DS often puts his wellies on and coat to go play outside when its raining. I always thought the OH would be dead against camping, she was always for hotels and holidays abroad but she loves it now. On a good hot summers day nothing beats it.
