Unfortunately sunday night the baby was up all night - must be teething - anyway I read lots of diaries on here, and made bread at about 3am to use the cheap electricity!

He slept for 10 hours last night, so hopefully we are back on track today.

I redid my mortgage figures in the middle of the night and we only owe £7,xxx now! every penny really counts now!

I am aiming for 14th of July, even if I have to get OH to pay himself a bit more in that month and not in August if you see what I mean. My 31st Birthday is on the 15th of July, and it would be great to say I did it in when I was 30 :j!

I think I will keep the amount in ISAs and savings accounts now, rather that op, as I don't want an early repayment charge!

    So incoming I will have:
approx. half pay at end of april (approx £1,000)
    full pay end of may (approx £2,000 - £360 childcare = £1,640)
    full pay end of june (approx £2,000 - £400 childcare = £1,600)
full pay end of July (approx £2,000 - £300 childcare = £1,700) (might have to get oh to 'pay this forward' as it doesn't come 'till end of month)
examining pay (£1,000, might have to get oh to 'pay this forward' if it doesn't come 'till August)

So I will have to raise the £1,434 extra that I need in the 31/2 months, by tutoring and making money ms ing, ebaying etc... Hope I can do it! SURE I can!

I could be so jealous too on both fronts, i bet i'd only fit one leg in a pair of size 12s, which is mad as i was so slim when DS2 was 1, it is since then that has been the problem.

You have done so well, a true inspiration. :D I am glad we have shared your journey.
