OOOOh don't get me wrong earthgirl...I don't think anyone could call you a slacker! You defo have a very strong work ethic! Which it sounds like is something else you have to thank your father for!
I know how it feels to be the poor one. That was us, we were always the butt of the family jokes...and my friends parents used to feel sorry for me and fed me constantly! Ha ha. I was very much a latch key kid! It's odd though, I worked really hard to change that situation and instead of being proud...most of my family won't speak to me because they think I'm up myself. Mum and dad are proud though (I hope).Reduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.36 July 25
% of house owned/% of mortgage paid off. July 25 - 38.82%/31.66%

Right, today is the day I do all of the things that I don't want to do, that basically are last on the list!
I've already told my mum very tenitively about my dad remarrying, lets just say that wasn't so nice, but at least its over with.
-take photos for ebay clothes and other items
- get a photobucket account and upload
- create ebay listings
- dig potatos out of allotment
- plant more carrots
-clean house
I found out that the land my Gran thinks she owns probably was sold by her family a while agonot that it would really have affected me, I just like interesting things like that!
I'm tutoring at 4.30, and then walking tonight. Must keep on track with the diet!
I managed to get a mystery shop on Friday (yey! finally) and will also take my old jewellery to see if I can sell it, and make my OP, which should be close to my target!
Had loads of allotment food yesterday, and need to do something with marrows tomorrow, thinking of marrows au gratin sounds lovelyhttp://www.cookitsimply.com/recipe-0010-05d686.html

I've started selling clothes on ebay, and I'll put some more on later.
I've managed to dig up all my potatos, and I'll pant the carrots and cut the grass in the next few days. I still haven't cleaned up, as the decorators are still here - doing a great job!
I've been using my bike to get around today, but will have to us the car for a few tutorings later. I'd like to go blackberry picking later, and then we will be having a bbq, if the weather holds out!
Hope everyone is enjoying the sunshine!15/5/12 Paid off Mortgage 1 (£220k) Bought Dream House:www: Dec 13 - Mortage 2 -£116,508. 15/7/18 Mortgage Free Again :j

Got loads to do today - only got another week or so off school, and want to be organised!
My plan is
-cleaning - decorators have gone, they replaced wood, painted all the external paintwork, fixed the roof and cleaned the gutters for £600 - bargain!
-Letter for tutee
- email outdoor group to confirm membership.
- forraging forblackberries and whatever, if it ever stops raining!
- finish ebay listings15/5/12 Paid off Mortgage 1 (£220k) Bought Dream House:www: Dec 13 - Mortage 2 -£116,508. 15/7/18 Mortgage Free Again :j

I was really disappointed last night, tried to get some blackberries and there were none there
Only tiddlers....will have to try and get to a better place this weekend with DD.
Good luck with organising yourself - today I'm going to write a list of all the things DD and I (mainly I) need to get done over the weekend, we did it a couple of weeks ago, including things like having a picnic, feeding the ponies at a local farm etc and got most of it done - and had lots of fun in the process0 -
That sounds good, maybe when I've got my list of 'chores' finished, I can do a list of lovely things!15/5/12 Paid off Mortgage 1 (£220k) Bought Dream House:www: Dec 13 - Mortage 2 -£116,508. 15/7/18 Mortgage Free Again :j

Well one of my books sold on amazon, but the postage was really high, and I made a loss of 4p! (could have been worse!) I have put all of my prices up on amazon to cover postage costs. I've decided to put off posting anymore ebay items - I've done the 'summery' items, the rest I can leave for later in the year.
Going really well with freecycle - I've got loads of really useful things that I've needed - I really want to start offering things, but with being frugal for about 6 years, I've not really got that many things that people would want!
Today Ive got a mystery shop in a kitchen utensils shop, and I hope to get a salad spinner with my £10 allowance, which will stop me using so much kitchen roll!!
Then going to op, and sell jewellery I hope. I've also got a tutoring to do, followed by 2 freecycle collections, phew!
Yesterday I was in the area with a freecycle collection, and I did my lidl shop for toiletries -it was £15 - I've blown my grocery target this month, but determined to stick to it next month!
Going away with a friend tomorrow, so I need to pack my bag, including lots of books incase the weather is pants!15/5/12 Paid off Mortgage 1 (£220k) Bought Dream House:www: Dec 13 - Mortage 2 -£116,508. 15/7/18 Mortgage Free Again :j

Oh burger, that's not good to make a loss - I've taken some of my CDs off Amaz*n as I worked out that they cost 76p each to post and once A have taken their fees off I'd make 20p....and I can get 30p for them on Music Magp*e and not have to pack them individually etc etc.
I only ever send things 2nd class R*yal Ma!l though, I'm tight but have discovered that 2nd class gets there as quickly as 1st most of the time0
