Yesterday was about savings, today is more about income.

    I'm going to:

    -work on small business
    - sort out tutoring resources for the next three weeks.
-take gold to jewellers Jewellers said they would give me £15 or I could sell it privately for upwards of £40 so I hung onto it - now need to do do smething with it!
    -complete a tutoring session
    - go and get some free manure (ok this is not income!)
    - ironing
    - put some books on amazon

I'm going to go camoing with my friend at the weekend, so despite not wanting to spend anything on food I think I'm going to have to get some food:

    For two picnics
    - rolls, salad, cheese
    -crisps

    For bbq
    -disposable bbq
    -burgers
-sausages serve with salad and rolls

    For breakfast:
    UHT Milk
    cereal

Shouldn't be too expensive! and will be great fun!

Also need to remember picnic set, bowls and wine :)

Sounds great to me :) I've not been canoeing in years, I'd love to have a fun weekend like that, will have to get DD into it when she's a bit older and can actually swim....

Any updates on the book listing (she says cracking the whip!)

Er no books done, but will do some tonight I promise!!:rotfl:

Still very hot and dirty (in the tradional sense of the words, of course;)) after my hours shovelling manure and transporting to my allotment.

I'm going to get some more manure tomorrow morning, and will probably need another lot as well.

Have also been looking on freecycle, and have this afternoon collected some clothes mostly my size :rotfl: some great summer walking boots and loads of pens for school! Fab!

Going to look at freecycle daily now - used to check all the time, but it wasn't so good in my area. Now I love it!

Got tutoring tidying to do, ironing, and listing books on amazon.... really motivated :j

Managed to do ironing, and listed some books on amazon, Kittikins you are right it is very easy!

Was very relaxed and heading off to bed about two hours ago, when without thinking OH started talking to me about things coming up for our small business, and I got all stressed and don't feel sleepy now! Still I have made use of the time by doing some promotion work.

I guess he feels that with me doing all of my money saving and allotment work, that I have neglected our business. I guess he is right which is why I feel like I can't relax!

So tomorrow, apart from doing a manure and allotment run 1st thing, and one tutoring in the afternoon, I will dedicated the day to working through any outstanding promotional tasks on our small business.

    There, I'm committed now! :)

Today I've got my free manure, got loads of veg from allotment, and am working on small business marketing as we speak. My degree was in French and Marketing, both very useful, but unless I'm working on an exciting project I have fluctuating motivation for marketing!

So if I get all the dross out of the way, I might create myself a new project! I suppose the motivation is increasing sales, which will eventually filter down to my OPs in years to come!

I am doing a French tuition later, and then need to cook something with various allotment ingredients and sausages.... not sure what yet!!

I wish I had an allotment...my names on a list but they don't usually come up round here until someone dies unfortunately. Plus there is a constant battle with the council they keep trying to build on them!!! Grrr....

Nevermind, if I ever get that illusive garden I might be able to do a bit of growing then! Who knows....

I had major problems getting one a few years ago, but grew quite a lot in a small strip of my garden, and in pots - could you do that? My little bro grows salad in pots just outside his door!

I also approached a local small holder who said I could have some land for free - friend of OHs, but then I got the allotment.
